I am very unsatisfied with the service they give for many reasons this place is not a place to go get auto insurance with. DON'T GO HERE TERRIBLE. I ONLY PUT 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO OTHERWISE THEY WOULD NOT GET ONE STAR AT ALL THEY WOULD GET } - 5 , YES (MINUS 5) SORRY BUT DO I REGRET

Took a long time to get coverage. Then didn't get my info right. Partially my fault.Charged more money than stated and didn't give a receipt. Still don't understand my policy or coverage and added roadside service was wrong for my vehicle and was horrible to use. Took 3 days to get my truck towed when it broke down.

The insurance company is horrible. Although the charges was more than any other company I've researched, they allowed a reoccurring payment of an insurance I canceled. The lady who was helping me said my previous insurance was cancelled, then I get a significant reoccurring payment that I did not authorize! Customer service and the entire company is horrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
