I have placed a handful of online orders for pickup with the Chula Vista and Lemon Grove locations. On different occasions, I have been disappointed with the pricing issues based on the Weedmaps pricing apparently not being correct. I found a 1/2 oz deal and placed the order through Weedmaps. When I arrived at the store, I was told there was no order and that the item was unavailable. I was sold a different item and paid twice what I had originally expected. When I arrived back home, I could see that the order had been cancelled and to contact the store. This same pricing issue has occurred on different orders and seems like bait and switch or a clear false advertisement. I reached out to Weedmaps and they confirmed that the pricing is live and should match based on the retailers. I'm not a huge complainer about things but this one just seems a little unfair for a loyal customer.

Maaaan I have never had a bad experience here. Christina was the first person to help me when I had an issue, super attentive and very knowledgeable. It’s when people go to work happy that makes the biggest difference. The entire staff is very helpful in different ways. Definitely recommend!
