Lily helped my wife and I with the mortgage loan process and she was super helpful from the start of the process to the end of it. I would highly recommend anyone in California to go to Guild, and to especially work with Lily. She is very communicative and was always available to answer questions. Lily was AMAZING!! We are first told homeowners and we really didn't know that much about mortgages. I found her while browsing the FHA loans and read some reviews online. We called her and she was so prompt in getting us the information and loan approval that we needed. We were a little rushed because we had decided to put an offer into a home a day or two after getting the loan quote. She quickly coordinated with my real estate agent after normal business hours because she knew the importance of the offer. Even during the escrow signing process she was able to speak on the phone to walk us through some questions. We highly recommend Lily whether it's your first home or not! Best service ever!!
