They need to listen to their customers more. The customer is important,They don't like to go the extra mile and just say no when they can clearly help you. Nice store but with the customer service I got from 2 employees recently I won't be coming back.

I liked the products. I couldn't shop in peace though. Coming in I felt profiled :( I was followed by someone as soon as I came in to the time I left.
Maybe consider a better system so equipment can be well maintained? Definitely has potential though.

AWKWARD. Very uncomfortable experience here.
A lady constantly followed and bugged her way past me at least 8 times. Customer service is trash.
I also got charged $20 for a face roller marked for 8$. Really disappointed. I won't be stopping here anymore.
