Wasn't able to get a response for services. I went in person and text the number that was given to me. Didn't get any help. And then I also messaged the Instagram and I never received any response. I really needed the service for my daughter and I didn't get any help. Will be looking elsewhere

Horrible place and was extremely homophobic to me and my friend while we went in to support local business in our area early this week. The owner side eyeing us the whole time being very rude. We left without a single purchase. Do not support anti lgbtq establishments - there are plenty more professional brow and makeup spots to patronize than this crap hole. I would give zero stars if I could

I booked a makeup appointment online for my daughters prom 2weeks or so in advance. I received an email and text messages that my appointment was "under review" a day or 2 later it still showed under review so I called the business. Where the owner stated that she had seen it but just hadn't confirmed cause she wasn't doing the month of May yet. My daughters Prom and makeup appointment was on 5/5/23. Finally on 4/26 I get an email confirmation as well as a text stating that my appointment had been "accepted" but all of a sudden on 5/2 I get a text saying my appointment had been cancelled. I quickly rebooked and then called the business where Jackie answered and explained that she hadn't been doing good health wise and that she had been cancelling all her appointments lately and didn't want to leave us high and dry. Are u kidding me?! I'd say 2 days before our event to cancel IS INDEED leaving us high and dry. Then not even professional enough to call and speak to me directly to explain and just to send an automated text message saying cancelled?! Really? I had to reach out snd call to find out what was going on! If she had been "canceling her days lately" then why accept the appointment only days before just to cancel 2 days later? I was furious! Communication needs definite improvement as well as professionalism. Two days notice of cancellation for a life event as important as prom is unacceptable.

I wish I heard about this place sooner. The shop is located in third ave on the side street. The salon is so cute and bright when you walk in, very clean as well. The owner Jackie is amazing! Not only did she do a great job on my brows but she is very personable as well. She makes you feel like she has known you forever. I would recommend her business to everyone. I will be returning :)

Jackie did my makeup the other night. I wanted a simple and light look and she delivered! Who knew I could look so beautiful?? She was funny and super friendly. I came to Jackie after having grown out my eyebrows for 2 months from an unfortunate threading situation. Jackie was very kind and accommodating. I booked my appointment and as soon as I got there my manager calls for a required last minute meeting. So, I explained to her what was happening and she just took care of everything. She is very skilled in shaping the brows and I felt no pain from the hair removal. I felt great leaving her place and always recommend her to everyone who asks!

I love booking my eye brow waxing with Jackie! She does a great job shaping brows! And let me tell you, you will be walking out of there with your eye brows on fleek!! Lol. This is also a cute little boutique to purchase your favorite makeup needs!! Highly recommend!
