Do not do it! After years of having insurance with Fred Loya I wanted to add a new vehicle to my policy. I was told the report of sale was not in the right format and cant be accepted. 2nd day went in with additional info..still no so I get insurance from a different company that night. The next day I get a call saying the paperwork is good. By this time I already insured somewhere else. The "manager" Ivan I spoke to was rude and unprofessional..You get what you pay for..for sure!! Super disappointing!!

My experience was terrible. Very bad service from the workers, apart from the fact that this insurance doesn't even cover you at all, they still have a bad attitude, they don't even give you the information you need and if you ask them for it they get upset and give you a bad grade for your record so that all the workers can see it and call you a bad client, this bad review is specifically for the broadway girls, they are 0 professionals so from this moment on I am no longer one less of this insurance, so now They know better, go to the AAA, they are professionals ??

This is a shady company!! Stay away!! No matter if you have deductable. They will make you pay or reinburse pennies. I got hit&run called my insurance. I was expecting to pay my 500 deductable worst case. And they wanted me to agree to receive 210 dls. Close a decade paying this company and this is what they come to at the end of the day. Rip offs!! I hope its out of business soon!!! I had to tie my front fender and left light to drive it home. Fu fred loya!!

I wish I could give this insurance company-20 stars. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The worst insurance company out there! I got rear ended by one of their clients and they are saying it is my fault! Makes no sense! So unjust! HORRIBLE INSURANCE!!!

I’m still shocked on how easy it was to get insurance from this place , not only that , it’s at a fair value . I honestly forgot the name of the employee, that assisted . I had to call back and find out the employees name , that was one of the best services I’ve experienced in a while thanks Ivan. Closed the deal .

I was assured I was going to be called by the agent regarding purchasing my policy on a given date but was not, and he didn't give me his number in case this happened. I finally had some time to go, almost towards closing but with about 10 minutes to go, but the place was closed before it was time to, and it wasn't only me but another customer who were turned away. Why bother have a time posted then? Should post "give or take 10 minutes" along with the sign.
