Ordered flowers on Valentines Day including a balloon and card. Received at 4:00pm the wrong order. The flowers I received look nothing like the ones I ordered with no card or balloon. I emailed them and received a reply from Dani saying the issue would be resolved. After a few days receiving nothing from Dani, I sent a second email asking for a response for them to rectify the wrong order they sent. (Dani did acknowledge the wrong order was sent) Still have not received a reply from them, so beware of them not taking any accountability of their mistakes and making it right with the customer. I will never do business with them and will spend my money with another flower shop since I spent a total of $110.11 with them for the wrong order.

I've been coming here for years, very inviting environment,staff and great selection. The owner who I refer to as "mom" is a great soul, she's very professional, warm and is fair with the prices.My favorite part about this place is that they are family and not a corporation. It translates in how they run their business.

Ordered roses for my wife for our anniversary, they were supposed to be delivered on or before 9:00 am on our anniversary day. I had to call them at 10:30 am on our anniversary because no flowers were delivered at the scheduled delivery time. Whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional and said "they're on the way" and hung up. 15 minutes later the flowers were delivered. Sadly the roses only lasted for 3 days. They filled the water with rose petals which smelled horrible and some of the greenery was already dying. No more buying flowers from this place.

Don’t go to this place. Overpriced and the man there idk if he’s the owner but rude. For 10 tulips and tacky wrapping it was $38 bucks? The man snatched flowers that I had on my hands saying they weren’t for sell and I grabbed them from a table. I told him I didn’t I grabbed them from the buckets and this man still said that I did grab them from the table they aren’t for sale and for orders and snatched them away.

I was in the need of boutonnière at the very last minute( needed same day.) I stopped by at Flower Island, I was greeted and helped out right away. The owner was working on a boutonnière and was able to work on mine as soon as she was done, wait time approximately 10-minutes. They asked me what color suite my son was wearing so they could coordinate the colors. I am glad I stopped here and would definitely return for any future flower needs. Thanks again for your help!!!

Flower island saved the day! I needed a last minute bridal bouquet and they did an amazing job. I called at 230 pm and it was ready by 4pm for pick up.
