This is just for the Clinique store inside Macy's. Brenda the sales clerk was AMAZING, FRIENDLY and so wholesome! She made us feel so welcomed and because of her we even spent way more than we anticipated but never once felt pressured. Macys and Clinique are so lucky to have her!

3/5 stars! Macy's, you're a classic department store, but you're starting to show your age. While I appreciate the wide range of products and brands you offer, the in-store experience is often lacking. The sales associates can be hit or miss, sometimes helpful but often unknowledgeable or unfriendly. The store layout is confusing, with disorganized racks and displays that make it hard to find what I'm looking for. And don't even get me started on the long lines and slow checkout process! On the plus side, your sales and promotions are always tempting, and I love your iconic events like the Thanksgiving Day parade. Macy's, you've got a rich history, but it's time to step up your game and modernize the shopping experience!

Do not order online they will screw you over by not working with you for them delivering to wrong address they did not work replaced items they delivered to wrong address and supervisor James just did not help at all

Made a pick up order and decided to do curbside pick up. After 10 min of waiting I was alerted that my order had been picked up... while I was still waiting for it. Went inside the order pick up booth , the lady at the desk said is "is your name ___" I answered yes and she handed me my order. Did not ask me for my ID. I could have been anybody and she just handed me a $600 Watch without hesitation. Great job Macys !

My son was at Macys tonight wanting to buy a jacket for his big bear trip on Christmas day. He went to the Chula Vista Macy's on Hst Street and Broadway. He was discriminated against by an employee in the men's department name, She assumed my son did not speak Spanish and assumed he was Anglo, which is white, and she proceeded to profile him as someone who was going to steal from Macys, even though he was at the register, asking for a jacket from the area that was locked, and she proceeded to tell the customer that she was helping at the time in Spanish that They lock the jackets up because of f****** bastards like him that steal. So not only did Maria in the men's department assume that my son was not Hispanic she discriminated him and profiled him when he was at the register in front of all other customers this will not stop here. Store manager Esmeralda will be helping us get to the matter of this. Maria has done a very wrong thing. This will be handled.

Macy's is my favorite store to shop. They carry everything from clothes to shoes, makeup and perfumes. I highly recommend!!

This Macys is the messiest and rudest Macys in San Diego. If you're patiently waiting in line to get rung out this associate will open another register and just ring "her customers" while all of us are waiting. Thanks for taking your name tag off too! But a picture always helps!

Since the pandemic I haven't been wearing too much makeup, but with things seeming to be getting back to somewhat normal, I thought I would go to Macy's to get a new spring/summertime blush and lipstick. I went to the Clinique counter and Jessica called over Stephany since she was assisting another customer. Stephany worked at the Estee Lauder counter, but was very knowledgeable about other brands as well! She and I worked together to find just the right blush and lipstick. She even went to another brand since she didn't think that she had a good shade of lipstick for me. I was impressed with that! I guess Stephany and Jessica work as a team because Stephany said that Jessica would check me out. I do like teamwork! I was extremely pleased with my experience today at Macy's because it was just the little pick me up that I wanted and it was such a great shopping experience. Thank you so much, Stephany and Jessica! You both a terrific sales people by being personable and friendly. I look forward to when I get to shop with you again. Thank you! M~
