The Finish Line inside Macy's provides good and real customer service. Staff members go out of their way to help, working as a team to assist customers. They are friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. If an item is not available in the store, they can help order it online and ship it to a home. They will also help reserve items at a different location. The experience is a great shopping experience that makes customers feel welcomed. Customers are extremely pleased and impressed, never feeling pressured. They look forward to shopping there again, especially because of the prices. The business is highly recommended.
This is just for the Clinique store inside Macy's. Brenda the sales clerk was AMAZING, FRIENDLY and so wholesome! She made us feel so welcomed and because of her we even spent way more than we anticipated but never once felt pressured. Macys and Clinique are so lucky to have her!

Macy's is my favorite store to shop. They carry everything from clothes to shoes, makeup and perfumes. I highly recommend!!
