The car wash isn't good. You can find much better car wash for the same money. Awful communication and customer service. First of all they limited the shampoo and the time you spend in there, so if you have a bit more than light dirt - this wash won't clean it. The drier is not working properly, so your car will be wet and after it dry out there gonna be like white spots. Bugs won't be removed from your windshield 100%. And if you want to complain they will do everything to not to let you to use it again as well as they will never return your money. Do not recommend to use it at all.

I was crashed into the truck ahead of me at the end of the wash. The driver ahead claimed the light was still red for him, but regardless this car wash should have someone managing the exit or have some sort of automatic shutoff for when a vehicle remains stopped within the exit.It’s possible that it’s also the person at the entrances fault for maybe giving me the Go ahead too soon. It did seem a bit closer that what I’m used to at other places. Idk.Regardless, heed my warning, and go somewhere else or risk damage to your vehicle.

Should have zero stars. This place is terrible. Recently, a vehicle in front of me came off the moving track. The track kept moving and my vehicle was nearly slammed into the stalled one in front of me. Despite braking as hard as possible and laying on the horn, the clueless "attendant" took forever to do anything. He finally ran out waving his hands and shouting in Spanish but seemed like he didn't know how to turn off the machinery. Finally someone else came out and the system was shut down. I don't know why anyone would use a poorly supervised system like this. Rather than risk an auto accident, I strongly recommend using a traditional car wash (drive in and park) that does not involve you putting yourself or your vehicle in unnecessary danger. This place is not worth it...especially given the attendant doesn't seem to have a clue and it doesn't even get your vehicle very clean (especially the front/back).

There's no way to cancel their service without going through 10 hoops, the service is mediocre, they don't offer the in car scent thing despite it being months now that they "ran out". Don't bother calling, you have to go in person leave a note and HOPE it goes to the right person. Beware of this place just go to soapy joes 4 minutes away instead.

Be careful when you use a credit card at this location. They have placed a recurring monthly charge to my credit card for car washes.

Paid high car wash fee and I had to perform a second carwash myself!I DON'T Recommend this place AT ALL! Had to get out the sponge and towels to scrub and clean up the dirt and residue myself immediately after the so called carwash!What was this?! You have soaked it with foam and water for me to clean it later?!PLAN A CARWASH AFTER THIS CARWASH!

Went through the wash and got home and realized the hood still had dirt all over it. The rest of the car looked clean only some parts didn’t look clean.

This is a great place to wash your car. The towels to dry your car are even nicely folded, I use the shaded area most of the time. Agustin the manager and the staff have great customer service. This place is a gem, I've been coming here for a year now , thank you!!
