The store hours need to be updated online. I wasted my time coming over and they were closed. At the door it says they close at 6pm but on website says 8pm ???

payed 90 dollars for overnight express shipping i wasn’t available at home so i called to see if i could pick up at shipping facility gave them my tracking number and said yes. i go later for my package worker didn’t seem to know what to do then told me my package was delayed

David was extremely helpful. I had some items I needed to print. He guided me through the process and was able to help me get it done fast even though the store was about to close.

I had to ship about 45 cans of 16mm films, mostly with footage from WWII. Carlos assessed what I had, worked quickly and efficiently to pack up the film cans (while also helping customers and addressing other shipments he had received that day) so that he could give me an accurate count on the number of boxes, their weights and the cost. I mean, he worked HARD. And he was so careful with the film cans. He treated them with a lot of respect, which I appreciated. And he treated me that way too! He was very professional and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He told me that he probably wouldn't be able to ship them until tomorrow because there were several shipments ahead of mine that he had to finish, which was fine because there is no hurry. Several hours later, he called me to give me an update that he managed to ship two boxes out today and the third would go out tomorrow. So he outperformed his earlier estimate. Then he asked me if there was anything else he could do to help and if I was satisfied with the shipment. I have never met such a conscientious and skilled employee at a shipping office before. I watched the other employees while I was there, and could see that this is a well-run store. The employees were all very friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It was busy with a lot of customers coming through, and the employees handled all their shipping and printing and kept things moving. I hope that Carlos and his co-workers are being recognized by their manager, because as customer-facing employees, they are excellent representatives of FedEx and this is a great FedEx location.

I have been using FedEx for over 20 years almost every week for work traveling all over the United States. I use this store more than the others. It’s always the busiest one in San Diego. I have always received great service and the employees have always been friendly. It’s a well run store and the employees are hard workers. It’s been a great place for me to get my work done. I highly recommend this store!

Passport renewal is a horrible process, they dodge you like a plague. A white female tell me I don’t have to print the documents, makes me more confuse on the process.. Jonathan told me that they don’t do the document review and just mail the application. Good to know.. so please do all yourself a favor and just go to down San Diego passport office to make sure everything is triple check. They will not help you here in this establishment.

The worst printing job and customer service. They screwed up my mothers funeral programs and couldn't have cared less. I paid to have them cut evenly and am going to have to either recut 250 of them myself by hand or pay again to have them reprinted elsewhere. They charged me $318. Learn how to center artwork or cut paper correctly. You literally had one job to do. Isn't this what you guys do for a living??? I'm filing a chargeback on my credit card for their crappy services and sloppy work.
