I would definitely stay away from this location for any kind of shipping. I ship different things often from small items to freight.My reason for the 1 Star rating is because I recently shipped out a trade-in phone with a major phone carrier. The young man working saw me packing this box and saw me handling a high end smart phone. After I packed it up and sealed it with a ton of tape as I like to help ensure nothing will happen to the contents of the box, I handed it to the employee. He put it aside on a shelf as opposed to a big bin with space labeled "fedex". I kind of gave him a confused look as I would expect it to be placed in the bin with other packages awaiting pick up. He responded to the apparent look on my face saying, "I'm just going to put it here for now". I found that action and statement a little suspicious, but that doesn't mean he would be guilty of anything. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I told him most definitely. Later I told my girlfriend, that I wouldn't be surprised if that package doesn't make it to it's final destination without intervention. Today I got an email with a picture of an empty box and text stating the fed ex box was empty and the phone company would charge me $750 for not returning my trade in.I understand there are many people involved, but I have to give the 1 star for the suspicious start and the foreshadowing there. I WOULD NOT EVER send my packages from this location again.
