I've used this location several times, sadly for printing funeral programs and collage posters for loved ones. The outcomes on all these projects have been beautiful work. I normally layout my projects myself and use them for printing only, and they have called me if they see any issues prior to the job being printed. Sometimes the lines waiting for customer service are wonky, but overall I appreciate this location. If you search online, you can usually find a code for a discount.

At the last minute, on Black Friday, I was searching around to hurry and print my grandmothers obituary card stocks. I was running out of time. After some stops, we came here.. I havent been here in years since it was what I think used to be kinkos, I love stores like these.. any way.. I wanted to thank Joseph for his help and kindness during this process. I was really stressed, emotional, trying to keep it together to get this done for the services next morning. I moved out of state so traveled in the night before so I was really rushing. He really made me feel at ease. He helped me not only to get this task done, but talked to me as he helped me adjust the prints to size quickly. We worked together to make this right. He asked me about who the lady was to me. We talked about it and he was just.. very kind. All the things he did to help meant so much in that moment so thank you so much Joseph. And also to the rest of the team. Everyone greeted me as I came in and as I left. Really a nice place. Thank you all.

2nd time I go to this store and the employees are attentive. You see them running around working but I have had no issues.5 star experience for me!

First time using this shipping center- now that the online/ catalog company I shop with has a variety of return shipping options for their merchandise.Venus (women's clothing) used to provide return shipping labels for U.S. Postal Service and UPS along their shipments.Now, the customer can either print out their own labels (which doesn't work for me) or use Happy Returns and select a variety of shipment locations.I like it here at FedEx because it's a a popular shopping center right off the 805 freeway. Weekday hours- they open at 8am. Which is a HUGE plus!I even brought my shipping invoice and original plastic packaging.The FedEx representative said Happy Returns provides their own packaging and I could keep my original paper invoice. Just make sure you get on Happy Returns website and search the company you're returning the merchandise to. Super easy peasy and when you're all done with that process- you are given a QR code for the return center to scan. And when I say, easy peasy- the QR code is sent ASAP. Not even to your email.But, a receipt of the Happy Return transaction will be sent to your email.

I lucked out as when I walked in there was no customers at the counter. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and I had to go back to get more equipment to ship back. The process couldn't be any more easier. Although the other employees seemed discombobulated. One went to use the computer that already had my shipping order in process. Another went to try and pack my stuff and was told not to touch it by another employee. I was given a receipt and was told they will pack it up. Since it was multiple items that I was returning for work, I was a little nervous. They gave me my slip showing I dropped it off. I would of liked to make sure everything was packaged and put in the right boxes. Again the rep was very friendly that helped me. It just seemed like a circus type of environment when more customers showed up. I will follow up once everything is delivered to its destination.

I went to use the internet for an emergency, I normally don't do it because is too expensive. In the past they had overcharged me so this time I decided to use a timer starting when I entered my credit card until I logged out. My timer showed 4 min 10 sec and they charged me for 9 minutes, the person in charge Jorge said that the computers are very accurate.I guess he thinks my iPhone is not accurate. I know this place is very expensive but to rob me for double the amount $$$ is unacceptable.

My review is based on my visit on 2/3/23. I came in on a Friday afternoon about 2:30p. There were two customers in the print area and I needed custom printing services. So I went ahead and stayed and made my own line because both of those customers were already being helped by the two printing techs whose windows were open.I stood there for about 5 to 10 minutes and no one even said "welcome we'll be with you in a second..." you know that stuff; no acknowledgment that I was in line standing waiting. There were third and fourth printing techs who were just sort of on the phone doodling around back in the printing area but they would not open the third window for service. They both came to the front, glances at me (enough to not make eye contact) and then went back to doodling. No print jobs were running, etc.I am familiar with the self printing area but that is not what I needed, I needed custom printing. I was on a break from work. I was taking a late lunch and so I really just needed to get back. After about 10 more minutes I went ahead and left.The customer service was horrible on this day. It was a Friday afternoon and after I think more and more about my experience, it's just unacceptable. This used to be my go to PRINT place but now I will go ahead and consider others. It is very convenient for the location that I'm working out of but it's not convenient if I can't even get any type of service nor acknowledgment after standing for 20 minutes in line. I was the next in line because nobody else was there for PRINT customer service and they refused to open the third window.OK, FedEx, that's a wrap. I get your message loud and clear. You won't see me there anymore. This Yelp Elite customer will find a new Go-To print shop nearby.

I just want to report on the awesome customer service I received here!A week prior to moving into my apartment I had placed an order from a highly rated "bed-in-a-box" companies. The bed company itself was pretty efficient... rather too efficient in that I had a delivery date ETA before I even had the keys! Luckily with FedEx Delivery Manager I was able to divert the bed's components into this store for pickup.The components arrived at two separate times. I went with my dad for the first pickup and by myself for the second pickup. All items required a signature and once the item crosses the desk it is no longer able to be allowed back in should your car not be able to fit the item.Second visit was noteworthy because instead of taking a SUV or truck I took my car, unsure if the contents will fit. Two of the staff were able to help me out by taking measurements of the trunk space with the back seats towards the bottom and the passenger side chair in the upright position. Luckily everything was able to fit! Gave the guys a nice review on the official FedEx review site as well.

I've been to the FedEx site twice and have been completely impressed with this location from its cleanliness, organization, and especially the outstanding customer service it provides. A week ago, I visited a different FedEx outlet and was very disappointed with the staff's approach to customer service. But when you visit this ship/store site, you'll get near-immediate greetings and request for support shortly after you walk in. I never shipped a package through FedEx. I've only received them. I give tons of credit to a stellar worker there named Carlos! He was above board outstanding in seeming me through from start to finish there. It may be cheaper to send items through the USPS, but these guys are so good here, I may just use FedEx as my go-to shop for mail-outs from now on!! The REV says: You need a go-to place to get important things mailed out or received, this FedEx ship/store site will get it done for you!!Recommendation: VERY HIGH
