We were visiting family in San Diego and needed to rent a car for a trip to Disneyland. As soon as we walked in the waiting room it was completely full and it looked as though there was only one lady working the front desk, checking people in and answering phones. She still did not forget to greet us and let us know that she would be with us shortly, and we noticed that she made sure to acknowledge every customer walking in despite being swamped. We unfortunately were late for our 9am pick up and showed up closer to 10am so when it was our turn to be helped at the desk she politely set the expectation that since we were late and it was busy, there were about 7 parties ahead of us. No problem. We continued to watch as she helped several other parties check in, drop off and even show them to their vehicles. We were extremely impressed by the professionalism and overall positive demeanor of the front desk (which we now know was the manager, Mariana) despite how truly busy it was. We also witnessed interactions between another employee and customers - his name was George. Again, despite being backed up he never failed to keep composure, communicate to each customer letting them know he was thankful for their patience and that they'd be helped as soon as possible. He even cracked a few jokes to keep the mood light in the waiting area. When it was finally our turn, Mariana showed us to our car and presented our options for upgrading the vehicle, which we opted for. We also decided to upgrade the coverage after thorough explanation and suggestion from Mariana. Never did we feel pressured to add any of these things on, we just felt we could truly trust her guidance. We were more than satisfied with the vehicle, service and overall positive demeanor of the staff. This location is a great example of the importance of communication and setting realistic expectations with customers. Not only that, but keeping the vibes positive despite the many people waiting was the extra mile. Best experience with a car rental company. Will be returning on our next trip to SD :)

On Thursday we had a reservation, for a full size Suburban van, to go on a trip we had planned in which we would take my parents to see the snow, when we arrived at the place they denied us service, we had all the card requirements c credit (with availability), official identification, driver's licenses, passports, with the fact of ensuring what their rules requested but Mexicans had to show our return plane ticket to our city of residence, with the departure of only from San Diego, Los Angeles, and Ontario, our flights left from Tijuana but no matter how much we told the manager, she showed very strong discrimination and racism towards us all the time, I have the video of her attention.

I have rented cars from this company, this time I couldn't do it, due to their new policies for tourists...---I do not recommend if you are a tourist, you will only waste your time ----.

I received a call the day before my reservation notifying me there maybe a wait period, due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. I appreciated the courtesy. When I arrived. The employees were busy, yet very respectful. Thank You to the Broadway Chula Vista Team. Much appreciation

This place is ridiculous, they are charging me $18 because the car was missing 2 gallons supposedly and it was not at full when I returned the car. When I told the girl on the phone I disagreed she put me on hold after I told her I was unable to wait on the phone any longer. It has been 11 days since I returned the car & they never reached out to me in regards to the $100 return I am supposed to receive. This is all after they charged my Debit card an extra $30 WITHOUT my consent, after my insurance assured me they would take care of the fees. This place is outrageous.

I'm actually impressed with the service at this store. Staff was helpful and even provided an amazing upgrade. The only thing I would recommend is to speed up the return process, especially when there's two staff on duty.

Rent elsewhere. I told them my insurance covers $30 per day. They said my car was only $20 a day. I returned the car, was told I would get $150 deposit back on credit card. Was later charged $582.82. They said they would reimburse but never did. Total scammers.

Recently rented a car here for 9 days due to a car accident. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Their drivers even pick you up at the body shop and shuttle you, too, if you need it. Great experience and customer service.

They Always take care of there customers!car's are not always perfect! But when it comes to customer service enterprise has the best customer service!
