I took my hat to have some touch ups done on a Monday, the man told me that it would be ready by Friday WITHOUT FAILURE by Friday the guy only told me that the paint had not arrived etc. WHEN I ASKED HIM IF I COULD HAVE IT READY FOR FRIDAY BECAUSE I WAS OCCUPING IT ON SATURDAY….
HE STILL TOLD ME I WOULD BE READY, I don't remember his name but he is a tall man
He was painting other hats when I went and mine lasted a week on the counter and he couldn't even call me to tell me it wasn't going to be ready….

The owner speaks English and Spanish. Along with that super friendly and the best customer service ever. He was there to offer advice, get boots and whatever else we needed. At no point in time was he trying to upsell us or being to pushy which is nice. Definitely coming back again.

My man Manuel fixed my creased hat, where others have failed, can't be happier with these guys! Even bought some nice shirts for a great price! Highly recommend!

Family owned business. Great customer service to match the quality of products they sell. They sell western jeans, belts, shirts, belt buckles and hats. They even do custom hat shopping and boot stretching. Highly recommend.

Best Cowboy Hat shop in San Diego. They are the last of a dying breed. They can custom shape your hat and they have a great selection to choose from! Just purchased a Stetson Yuma 6X. I wanted the front brim widened and the crown changed from cattlemen to brick/sqaure. They did a magnificent job changing the hat to my specs! I absolutely love this shop and it will be my go to for all western gear going forward!

The owner is simply amazing. He was able to reshape one of my hats, and cleaned/shaped another one. He did an absolutely beautiful job bring them both back to life… I probably saved hundreds of dollars because I was going to trash both of them. If you need any hat shapes, reshaped or cleaned this is the place to go. Thank you so much.

overpriced to clean up a hat, not clean at all and the shape was totally not what i wanted, the guy did not even offered to fix it, very disappointed

Received great personalized service and they had a very nice selection of quality women's boots. The associate was very knowledgeable about features and styles. Would definitely recommend early during the week for less traffic in store and more attention.

Went yesterday to buy some ostrich boots for my wedding, was amazed at the selection, customer service was helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend if your in the need for some great boots or clothes, lots of hat, belts and other western gear, thanks alot for helping a first time customer out, appreciate the service and help.
