Worst attitude I’ve encountered today! Just had a simple question to ask, short guy with glasses late 40’s early 50’s says I’m on the phone right now (basically saying he couldn’t help me also couldn’t tell he had a Bluetooth! Customers should come first right ??) I was a customer going to ask him about some products for some kids, however was straight up rude! I would never come back to this place nor even recommend this place

Mr. Eazy and Ms. Rosie are awesome people!!!! Small business owners grinding and giving it their very best!! Check out their store- let them know what you want if they don't have it, they will do their best to get it for you!! I love seeing small independent store owners succeed and giving it their all!!! They will not do it any other way!!! Check them out and buy it up people!!!!!

Shame on me for wanting to come into this store during GAME 3 of the Padre vs. Dodgers series during the playoffs! Initially, I was picking up my pizza and wings from La Bellas. And maybe a nice cold beer! I passed by this shop. The owner was disgustingly rudr. I went straight to check out the Padres merch and wanted to take a photo to send to my boyfriend to show him what I'm getting. The photo that was added was a snippet, or screen shot, of a snapchat I was trying to make. The owner yelled at me and said "NO PHOTOS! CAN I HELP YOU!" Mind you, I was snapping how cute some of the Padre gear was while the game was on! Panning from the Padre gear to their T.V - and that's when he yelled "NO PHOTOS! CAN I HELP YOU!?" I politely apologized and put my phone away. Being in customer service for many years, I could see why photo were not allowed. However, from an owners perspective, I'd want my customers to show off my store. I did buy my toddler a a SD Padre shirt, and a shirt for myself. The lady who checked me out was nicer, but was also stand offish. Shame on me for not checking reviews on Yelp. I paid for my items and left. I went to pick up my pizza/wings from La Bellas. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT GETTING A BEER while I was there lol!

I have been doing business with EZ for a few years. I'm usually with my miniature poodle Sassy, a wopping 8 1/2 lbs and in my arms. Well today I wanted to buy some gifts for my nephew's and he said no dogs allowed. Guess what, he just lost a customer. Sassy is so small she fits in my wife's hand bag for gods sake. No más man.

The owner of this store is a disgrace to Chula Vista and the community needs to stand up to this j**** He is abusive to all his customers total liar and likes to yell at people. I will not tolerate this and neither should the good hard working people of Chula Vista. Do not support or spend a dime here, I have filed complaint with the BBB on this business and so should many others. Just look at his sign in the front it really shows what kind of personality runs it. So many better small mom and pop business's can be put in his good location, so let's make sure that happenings. This place is a real eye sore for 3rd ave. I will pray they move or go away.

Wow. Came here and they have 2 open signs but the door was locked. All lights were off. They have a sign for their store hours that basically make it seem "if we're lucky, they'll be here." I'm sorry, but if I own a business, I would want to draw business in. Not coming back especially when we previously came here, the owner was extremely rude.
