When I walked in to look at paint colors, I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. The friendly associate was very knowledgeable about types of paint and colors, and had plenty of suggestions and answers to my questions. I will definitely be returning when we are ready to purchase paint.Having used Dunn-Edward's paints 12 years ago for our whole house, we know the quality of their products and have been very happy with the results. The paint has good saturation and coverage. It hasn't faded or chipped much (with the exception of normal children's wear and tear).Update to original review: 17 years and we are updating the colors. We are still pleased with the quality and colors. The staff there are still knowledgeable and friendly. Good experience!

I bought a primer at this store. And after few days .try to return it back. With no recipe. Asking for store credit. And the lady work there she's so rude. Never got a store credit or. A refund. I will never go back at this store . I don't recommend it.!!

In general Dunn Edwards is the best product. At this particular store the product knowledge and customer service by Lindsay and Tim was first class and greatly appreciated. They both went above and beyond.

Second time coming to this location and they are closed before their 5pm posted time. The open sign is still on but the doors and lights are off. It's very inconvenient, for anyone making the drive to show up to a closed shop. I understand that things happen...I would recommend leaving a note if the store needed to close early, it would be considerate to the customer. When the store is open: the manager has been very helpful, and has great customer service.

Poor customer service.....l stopped in today to the Dunn Edwards on East H Street to get some stain for a project. It was 4:40 PM the sole employee told me to come back tomorrow since they were closing at 5:00 PM. I thought to myself that's not for another 20 minutes and this was poor customer service so I said to the employee again, are you sure you don't have time? Again I was told , No. I told them I would be taking my business somewhere else. I found better results with great customer service down the road. I emailed Dunn-Edwards.com and let them know how their employees customer service may be effecting their bottom line.

Great experience! Lindsey and Gary were extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable staff, professional attitudes, and they're hilarious! The only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise from their paint machine; it's very loud when it's running. I would definitely recommend shopping here if you need anything for your paint projects. 5/5 stars and I'll be back for more when my project takes off!

Seems like all of the Dunn Edwards are weird when compared to Home Depot but Inhave to say the paints are top quality.
