I took my MacBook that wouldn’t turn on to Genius Bar and they wanted 500$ to diagnose and potentially fix the issue with no guarantee to save any data.
Went to Dr. Apple and he worked magic and my MacBook is just like new!!

I’ve brought many a broken screen here I have three kids like to drop and Miss handle their iPhones and iPads. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency that I’m always met with by this place. I’m always giving an estimate and he is upfront with me about what the issue is with the phone or iPad or if something changes once the phone is opened up. I’m very happy with the services here!

HORRIBLE SERVICE.My family and I have been taking our phones to be fixed here for YEARS. Never any problem. While the prices have increased, we’ve remained loyal because we’ve always gotten good service. In this last service, we won’t ever be recommending or taking our devices again. Spending upwards of 200+ to get a phone fixed for it to only stop working again 2 months later. They had told us that it was the battery that needed to be replaced and we went ahead with the process. After getting the phone back, we noticed that the camera was now not working. While we thought it strange, we knew that I might be a separate issues that needed to be addressed at a later date. But for the phone to completely stop working only TWO MONTHS later… highly suspicious. While speaking on the phone, individual (who I think might be the owner?) became very defensive when I asked if there was a warranty period. We ended going to the repair shop itself after feeling like maybe we were given the runaround. Since it’s my husbands phone, he went in to speak with the guy to which the conversation lasted all of 10 minutes and my husband left very upset by the lack of professionalism he was met with. He spoke over my husband, tried to tell him that because of a scratch his phone wouldn’t turn on because of the pressure from the scratch? Now we could understand maybe if the display wasn’t working but that wasn’t the case: the phone wouldn’t turn on! And if it was the case…a scratch is causing that much pressure to completely render the phone useless? The math wasn’t mathing and reasoning with someone who is set in their ways and clearly not trying to hear us out it futile. And clearly we aren’t the only people who have been treated this way either in the last few months.The attitude they had was something that clearly is an on going issue here. It’s a shame.WONT BE BACK.

We've used Dr. Apple twice now. The first time, we had a cracked screen and they did a great job. This time my daughter dropped her phone and the screen had green stripes all across it. We couldn't use it at all so we reached out to Dr. Apple and received a reply within the hour. They saw me same day and had me repaired and out the door in 15 minutes. Each time they've been exceptional. Their response time is quick, they're affordable, and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

My MacBook Air would not power on. I found this place on Google. The first visit I dropped off my MacBook a couple days later they called me and told me what was wrong with it, it needed a new battery or something like that. I paid out of pocket over 300 dollars. I picked it up after the repair, and it still had the same problem so I called back to complain and I asked for a refund. They refused my refund. So I was out 300 and my MacBook STILL has the same problem. And to added insult the guy was very rude when I asked for a refund arguing with me that I would have to bring the MacBook back to the shop within the 30 day refund period so they can try and fix it again but I was like why would I bring it back if you claimed to fix it, didn’t fix it and could damage it more so I didn’t! So I never received my refund or a fixed computer.

DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. my girlfriend got recommended to this place. arrived and talked to the guy we negotiated. 2 to 3 weeks later no updates from him, called multiple times and no answer. until we had to show up and get the ipad back. not just that but he hasn’t return the direct deposit payment back and it’s been a month going to 2. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
