I don't understand why this people feel so entitled to mistreat every single person that comes through the door!!! I can count w one hand the few representatives that are genuinely nice!!! I wonder if they have team meetings w their superiors to control this situation!!! Do they asked on their job application to be extremely rude and looked like they have a stick up their A@&&$$$!!!! Seriously the government or whoever is in charge of this particular DMV should look into this!!!! The treatment is horrible!!! Very unprofessional sarcastic staff and you always feel like you can't ask any questions with the fear that they will reject the 2 hrs you already spend in there !!!!!!

Rude ass people that take their sweet time to help move the line. Lady at the counter, filipina kept looking at me weird for whatever reason as if i wanted to be there. THEY REALLY DONT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE or anything other than collecting their checks. TRASH

I highly recommend avoiding this particular DMV location. The staff there displayed a lack of professionalism and were rude. My experience involved waiting for almost 45 minutes for a VIN verification, only to be told that it was done incorrectly and I had to come back the next day. Upon returning, I waited for over an hour without anyone showing up to assist me. When I asked for help inside, I was simply told to wait. Frustrated, I decided to go to a nearby DMV, where they efficiently completed my VIN verification in under 10 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different DMV location.

I would give this DMV 0 stars if I could. We paid for a title transfer and they never sent us a title. We called them on several different occasions and they gave us several different reasons why that is. They took our money and can't give us a straight answer. They ripped us off and took money that we barely had. If they don't know what they are doing they shouldn't work here. My everything is currently in this RV and I am constantly in fear of losing my home and everything else. I wish they also would return the money we spent on the title transfer since we don't have the ability to register it now.

Everyone there is alaways in a bad mood i guess if you ask questions they automaticlly think your stupid They need to remind there staff that we the public do not work there and that is the reason we ask So very poor customer service

In and out pretty fast, and everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.Jennifer was the lady who helped me the most, and she was a pleasure to deal with.Who knew you could actually have a good experience at a government office!

Like most DMVs, it lacked clear direction and/or representatives to direct you once you were in the front door. Kiosk is very convenient but, on this day, lacked electronic payment option (luckily I had cash)!!!!Parking is difficult - park on the street and avoid the chaos!
