I had some crazy turns of events which led me to getting a notice that my license was going to be suspended and revoked. I received the notice on a Saturday, and the suspension was for Monday. Suffice to say I was headed to the DMV office first thing on 6/3/2024. My initial experience was filled with the usual annoyances: people cutting the line of walk-ins to bother the harried clerks at the head of the line, a long wait and some smelly humans who smelled like they hadn't bathed since before COVID hit.
But thankfully, I was able to brave the masses and encountered one of the friendliest DMV employees I have yet to meet. His name was Harvey, and he immediately let me know the document that I needed to stop the suspension in its tracks. Since my insurance company had epically sent the wrong document, he let me call them from the side while he helped other customers and saved me having to wait in the long line of walk-ins again.
I was able to finally get the document I needed, and I smiled for the first time in three days --prompting Harvey to smile genuinely back. This employee saved my day, and I wanted to make a record of how he did it with a smile. Thank you Harvey for the A++ service, it won't be soon forgotten!

Not a belated experience from the person that gave me my wait number he was very helpful the lady behind the desk was great nice helpful and knew what to do got me in and out fairly fast considering all the people there

I know everybody hates going to the dmv. I have been going to this DMV since I first got my license in 98... When I showed app, they said the wait time was going to be an hour and a 1/2 However it was just barely an hour. .The lady who helped me with my registration was very nice and understanding.

Wild that I heard them, too, and they acted like the call dropped. WILD that y’all are willing to lie to the folks that are buddies with the folks that sign your checks.

Alot of running around at the DMV. Employees working at the DMV application window were extremely annoyed at answering questions from applicants. The employee at window 8 on 5/16/2024 was extremely and accommodating to me. I told her she was absolutely wonderful. Had a great smile. Made my visit so much better.

I want to comment that it is a terrible service. I had a window and the woman who helped me had questions about taking a driving test. I checked with her what I needed and she just told me, "I can't help you. Buelbete to train. It's very unpleasant and the next person will tell me the same." It was terrible service, I don't recommend it at all.
