The tires are good, but the sales staff are questionable. While I wasn't personally mistreated due to my knowledge of vehicle maintenance, I overheard some shady upselling tactics. For instance, one salesperson pressured a man to replace his front tires unnecessarily, and another told a customer on a tight budget that tires with 6-12 months of life left were a safety hazard.
Tony, who sold me my tires, also tried to sneak in an extra warranty without my consent, only removing it when I pointed it out.
The team in the tire-changing bays did an excellent job, but the salespeople are really bringing the place down.

Was visiting from AZ on a family emergency and my tire pressure light came on while I was driving. I had to wait until Monday the 9th as Discount was closed when I arrived on Sunday. I had the most nicest Tech named Jeremy. He noticed that all 4 tires were kinda low. He asked when they were last filled. I could not answer as the car was new to me. He explained so much. Made sure there was no nails or anything that was causing the problem. He advised once I got back to AZ to check with my local store if any other problems arise. I have never had any issues with any of these stores. No matter what State I’m in. Thank you again Jeremy.

I purchased new alloy wheels for my 2024 Corolla LE which had the steel wheels. What a difference the look of the alloy wheels giving the vehicle a whole new look. Service as usual was great.

I wish every tire place was like Discount Tire. I went in today just to top off the air in my tires and not only was that quickly and easily accomplished, but I also went home with lots of great information about my tires and had all my questions answered about options for a new set (which I need to order soon).
Jeremy, the professional who helped me today, was quick, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable—it’s so refreshing to go somewhere and have someone like Jeremy on the team.
I’ve got all the info I need now to make a decision on my next set of tires, and while there are many options in the area of where I can choose to give my business, I will be choosing Discount Tire for my next set for the service and professionalism alone.
