This store is much faster and better organized than the Palm Ave west store. It usually takes 20 minutes or more to check-in with an employee even if you have an appointment on Palm. The Broadway store will be my new home base.

Sent my sister in law in to get a tire replaced, becuase she had damaged the sidewall to a dangerous point. The salesman only offered to sell her a tire at retail cost or sell her the house insurance that they offer.... EVERY TIRE COMES WITH A FREE PRORATED ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY... her tires had less than 5k miles on them and should have costed her about 30$ instead they charged her 144... because that was cheaper than buying it at full price, she was never offered her free prorated road hazard warranty. Now I need to return to get the paperwork fixed and refund the purchase of the insurance that the salesman manipulated her into buying.

I have purchased my tires at Discount Tire for years and years. This is the first time at this location since I moved back to Chula Vista. A friendly help me pick out my tire I needed something very economical I decided to buy two tires for the front that day and next month I'll buy two tires for the back the salesperson stared me to a tire that was economical and would be in stock when I came back as my rear tires I wanted to replace concurrently but he said that I still had good tread on the back. I took a trip to LA and felt very safe having two front new tires and that drove very well I purchased the Sentry brand, which is an economical line of tires that they feature. I bought them last time also and was very satisfied with the road handling of these tires. I have a Nissan Altima GL 2015. Thank you Discount Tires I'll come back in a month for my back two tires and of course for my free tire rotation. Service was quick and they had a nice seating area inside and outside the store is nice and clean and the salesman were very courteous and knowledgeable

Went in to fix a flat and Discount tire is usually very good with that. They informed me the flat on the new tire was unrepairable for which I understood. The associate offered me a tire that didn't match at around $300 as I declined since it didn't match. Then he offered to sell me a "used tire" for $70. To my understandind, Discount Tire doesn't sell used tires so I declined as the transaction felt FRAUDULENT. The tire offered wasn't even the right size for that matter. Felt the salesman was a bit shady and decided to go to a different shop.
Never had issues at this location but I'll never go back there again.
