The employees here were extremely polite and attentive during my first visit. I felt comfortable shopping here and unlike most places nowadays where they make you feel d*** for asking simple questions like how to use certain products. Loved the products, customer service, and knowledge they have. Highly recommended.

I went today for the 4th of July discount advertised on the website, but they won't honor it unless you buy a bucket. I've got enough buckets. I said screw the 25% discount and purchased at full price. I have been a client since it opened in 2015 until today. It can keep my reward points. I'm no longer interested. I'll order my Chemical Guys products from Amazon or Walmart going forward. It's a shame because this distributor would honor Chemical Guys advertised discounts back in the day without having to make additional purchases. I guess all good things must come to an end.

The manager dennis or franchise owner gave worst customer service, I asked for recommendations on leather care and he just started filing up a bucket with the most expensive products with are overpriced and useless, he was wrong about the info of the products unless he was lying to upsell me the most expensive products which I wouldn’t doubt,I am a automotive collision tech so i have experience in industries and i ran a small detailing business, i was testing waters here acting like i have no experience with this shop,I returned a chemical i found to be useless and on the return he was toxic and rude then tried knowledge bombing me with lies again, If you guys want the best prices and get the quality your looking for and not just be buying the brand id recommended to check out 3d car care doen the street in main st from detail garage better customer service and much more professional in every way

I discovered this place thanks to my husband. We love keeping our cars looking brand new. Harley makes the best recommendations every time I want to try something new or if I’m looking for a specific product.I walked in today because my car got backed into and left a nasty scratch. I knew they would be able to help, and sure enough, they did. I am so happy my car looks brand new again. The scratch is gone thanks to the amazing work by Esteban and Vanessa.They are a perfect example of what a business should be. Friendly and inviting staff, clean & organized, informative, and great products at great prices.

My wife and I stopped by for the first time . We were immediately was helped by store associate Harley. We told her what we were looking for and she explained what products would be more beneficial for us. Never once we felt pressured to buy something that we don't need. Instead she was very informative about the products we are going to buy. We will definitely will be back to buy more products to refill. Thank you Harley for helping us!
