Not much to see in this store and the clothes do not last. It will fade in 2-3 washes and the sizing is way off. They are welcoming and the store is organized and sometimes well stocked.

I understand the measure for shop lifting.. but when you work in customer service. Treat people with respect and LISTEN. Don't be dismissive. Don't cut an explanation short. Then treat a concern, a missed alarm tag as criminal activity. I missed the tag and alarm. My husband missed it. When we where looking for price. The cashier missed it. Because of the way it was packaged. Simple. Glad the manager after being so inconveniencd, went to check "cameras" to see if I was lying, found it. Unfortunately I did not get managers name. Even when I tried explaining it wasn't the cashier fault I was again was cut off mid sentence. With a smirk took yeah we do this all the time and walked away
Such a simple task.. turned out to be a time consuming unpleasant trip

I had bad experience in the store, my wife and I waited in line for a while but it felt more like ages and only one person was on the register working as fast as she can while few other employees were just watching having a chat and laughing on their on jokes and leaving us wait in line with no care or respect to our time
I am not satisfied with Sully and I think the other person was the manger Nohemi. Please understand people time is also important and hire more cashiers or assist your current cashiers to take care of the customers instead of having chats while people wait

This location on Third Ave is clean, organized, and friendly staff, and prices are great. The morning manager works register and aisles when it gets busy. We all know that's rare. I've gone to 2 sites but prefer this location.

Good products and good discounts but terrible treatment from the staff, I asked for a manager and Érick López spoke to me, commenting that he was the manager but he acted very despotic and racist, the truth is, very bad treatment, they should take more care of that aspect
