We were looking for a dress for my daughter and compared to several places we previously visited in Cynderella, they treated us wonderfully, the staff was super attentive and friendly, Miss Frida was the one who gave us all the information very kindly and was very attentive to our needs, our daughter came out happy with a dress that she loved

Super convenient area, really clean and organized store. The workers are all super nice and helped my vision come true. I went in with just an idea of what I wanted and they had a very nice variety and the first one I liked was on the floor and on my size ! Left extremely happy , I even found my accessories there ! Def recommend this place.

The owner has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He is not polite at all not welcoming . He has no clue on how to treat customers , please take your money else where.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place put me through stress on top of the stress I already had for an important event. On Monday May 13th I went to pick up my daughters bouquet and put an order for the gift box, I asked the girl when will it be ready she said It will be ready that Sunday the 19th. I told her that I’ll try to stop by Monday or so since it was going to be such a busy week for me and my family, I ended up stopping by on Wednesday the 22nd and one of the young lady’s says it’s not completely ready that it “needed a few touches” I asked her how long will it take since it was supposed to be ready 3 days prior she stated that it should be ready tomorrow which was that Thursday the 23rd. On Thursday I get a call stating that my order should be ready on Saturday the 25th, my daughters Quince is the 26th! I was so confused and frustrated I felt like I wasn’t being taken serious, I tried to tell the girl on the phone what the young lady stated on Wednesday but she didn’t have an answer for that she just apologized and said that it gets there until 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. I was really frustrated but I maintained my sanity all I asked the girl on the phone was please have someone call me to remind me about it because I was afraid to forget since I had still much to do, she agreed now forward to Sunday I get no call so last minute on my way to the hall I remember so I call them and they tell me that IT’S STILL NOT READY that they need about 10 minutes I told them no that box was supposed to be ready since MAY 19th and it’s already MAY 26th the day of the event. I told them that I was on my way and it needed to be ready. I show up I looked at the box and it’s bad the only reason I took it was because my daughter really wanted one on her day so I had no choice. I will never recommend this place the fabric on the box was coming off before getting to the hall the rhinestones
Were loose luckily I had glue and a few other stuff to add details to it. What’s crazy is that I was charged full price for that hideous box that I ended up fixing myself. They do not care about their customers I had high hopes for this place but they clearly lack professionalism.

Cynderella Brides is the best! Osmar the owner is just amazing, he was very sweet and kind. My daughter found her dream sweet 16 dress that was just beautiful!!! We drove 3 hours that were totally worth it. We love you Osmar and will be going soon for my other daughter's dress!

I tried to call this dress shop several times to make an appointment for my niece to try on a quince dress and they didn't answer the phone. I should have figured this was a bad sign. I was in the area and went in person to make the appointment. I mentioned this to the person helping me to make the appointment, and he didn't even acknowledge my comment. He then scheduled the appointment for me. Two days before our scheduled appointment, we received a phone call notifying us that they couldn't accommodate our appointment because they would be attending an expo. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this dress shop.

We came in, they made time for us and tried the dresses my daughter liked. She immediately picked one out. Osmar and everyone were so accommodating. We are so happy with our choice to come here!

Loved the attention given to my daughter! Suggestions were given, any idea my daughter had it was accepted with the attitude that all can be done. Definitely recommend Cynderella Brides to anyone who is looking into finding a quince dresses. And a plus is a one stop! Bouquet, crown, and updo included in the price!
