It's incredible that on their Google page, they have the hours until 11 p.m., and in reality, they close at 10 p.m. Why can't they have respect for the people and put their hours correctly? I went from far away, and when I arrived, it was closed. I saw easily 10 more people who arrived after me and found it closed too. It's disrespectful.

Poor management and poor customer service, there’s no reason you should have MULTIPLE customers waiting outside or in their cars for 2 hours bc the opener decided not to come. After reading the reviews I shouldn’t be surprised bc this happens multiple times. Reevaluate your management and do better

Busy pharmacy dept ( next to a hospital) but what really makes it a sad situation is the CVS fast line. I get there there's 3 people in front of the line, fine part of the system, (we're all in the same boat.) However by the time the 3 people pick up and it was about to be my turn two people had arrived on the express lane with their app barcode. So now I am waiting until the clerk finishes with the express people too. And you know I'd understand if it was a 75 year old person getting their meds, fine respect to the elderly, but these were normal abled people. Forget this pharmacy!

I have always had such a good experience at this location!! Isabella at the pharmacy is always so efficient and knowledgeable. She let me know about the apps bar code express check out and has made things a breeze by doing so. Up at the front register, I was checked out by Greggory again and he's been a much needed good mood every time that I've been checked out by him. Him and the other man usually working with him up front (forgive me for not grabbing his name) have consistently given me a pleasant and professional store experience.

Terrible customer service from two women that are definitely old enough to know better. There’s no help button near the locked up merchandise. There’s also no sign saying that I needed to go upfront for help. When I did eventually go up to the registers, I asked if there was a button I should push or if I needed to wait for one of them and I just got continuously told to wait my turn. When it finally was my turn she took me to the lock boxes and had me reach in to take the medicine. Then sent me to the front to once again wait in a long line instead of actually following through with my transaction. While standing in line, I turned around just to see that woman staring back at me doing seemingly nothing instead of helping me… the customer. When it finally was my turn, neither cashier was at the register and I was left to use self check out, which is notoriously a pain in the ass. Then I was told that I needed to have a cashier check my ID instead of actually checking my ID she has me just put in my birthday. I was already frustrated with the entire process instead of putting in 5/15/1986, I put in 5/75/1986. Then the lady came over to help, but she also messed up the date and it kept going wrong. Since I was forced to use self check out, I have neither person’s name or employee number to report them. All I have is the fact that I was there on April 15, 2025 at 10:45 AM. Having to deal with shitty attitudes from grown ass employees when you’re already not feeling well is absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t know who or what these reviews are for but. I spent 1+ hour here where the entire team at the pharmacy pitched in. They all helped me resolve a problem with my grandma’s VERY IMPORTANT medication. They treated this with the urgency I felt was necessary. Thank you for the team under Mason around 5pm on 10/11/23.YOU ARE SUPERSTARS. This was a stressful time for me and grandma, but you all kept your cool and RESOLVED THE PROBLEM.THANK YOU for being such an effective team! Mason, you are a great pharmacy manager!Seriously. I’m so relieved. Thank you.
