I called around to several CVS stores to ask if they could print out large format photos until I finally found this location (380 East H Street in Chula Vista). I lucked out, they had a sale, and I used my Extra Care Plus Rewards to score an amazing deal! When I went to pick them up, Teresa, who doesn't work in the photo department graciously helped me out. My pictures turned out stunning, looking like they came from a professional studio. CVS only gets 4 stars because I had to call around to find this one. I will be sending more pictures to this location.

Debbie I the pharmacy has just hung up on me more than 3 times, stating she would call me back. Never did of course. They are also closed for lunch every day from 1:00-230 pm so it is impossible to get your prescription if they are at lunch, normally, I've never seen a CVS pharmacy that is closed for lunch. It would seem they could leave one person working, while another went to lunch and so on & so forth. My Pain medication they promised me today, I am completely out of, they forgot to order, and don't have any. This CVS is the worst one I have ever been to. I am looking for a different location to transfer to as soon as possible

Customer service needs improvement. I had ordered photos online and was notified by email that my photos were ready for pick up. I show up and realized nobody was in the photo section so I asked one of the employees at the registers if they could send someone over. I was just about to ask and the lady Jen rolled her eyes and didn't even acknowledge me. It was completely rude. The other employee ( male, curly med length dark hair) didn't say anything just turned around put away something and then walked towards the photo department. He asked for my name and pretended to look for my photos but had no luck or was just not really trying. He gave up in matter of minutes and said he would get someone else to help me. I stood around for a good 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up.

Staff are friendly and very helpful easy to find what I need and the store is clean.

You will never see this place staffed. Always busy 1 person to do everything and at least a 15 minute wait. They close in the middle of the day completely at 1:30 even if there is a line of people who have already been waiting in line 5-10 minutes. It's awful how they run this pharmacy. You always leave frustrated. It's not the poor guy who struggles to help everyone everyday alone it's the management who allows the short staffing and terrible customer service

The staff in the store are great. the pharmacy though! Never have I ever dealt with such lines. No matter what time of day. It's ridiculous! One person working the line at all times, and everyone has an issue with their prescriptions! There is even an express line. With the same person working THAT line. What do you suppose happens there? I've given this store a full year. Maybe it was the wrong day/wrong time, but nope. Every single time. I'm done. I'm switching my scripts to Costco.

The rating speaks for itself, PIECE of SHRAP store already had their doors closed & got here 12 mins before closing @9:48pm for 1 item!! 1/One/Uno!!Even spoke to a Closing crew member & refused/rejected to let me in saying “the store” gives them 15 mins to “close” before the closing time which is 10pm?!?! What the eff does that mean. I don’t post much but the public needs to be informed in brief detail so just a FYI.Yes I’m frustrated, I drove 15 mins on time for this..

I needed a prescription transfered while vacationing in San Diego. After calling a location near my timeshare in downtown San Diego, they told me to give this location a call as they had the med. The pharmacist I talked to was very nice & had it ready the next day. The entire staff was wonderful & had it ready in a timeley manner. We looked around a little while waiting & they have a great selection of things like all CVs stores. Keep up the good work guys.

Love this store it's my new go to store ever since CVS on Broadway shut down. It's so organized and well stocked. They even have clean restrooms at this location. The staff is so friendly and attentive to offer any assistance if needed. Overall satisfied with the location and service and got my items for free thanks to their rewards program. Highly recommend this location and signing up for rewards.

Wow. What bad customer service at this CVS. Asked 2 lady’s for help to find a product in store and they were NO help at all. It was shocking. I had to search the store myself not knowing the store very well. They wouldn’t give me help. It so sad customer service was horrible. Disappointing

This CVS is located off of "H" Street and Highway 805 in Chula Vista in the Terra Nova Shopping complex right next to Big 5 and near Smart & Final. There is plenty of parking, that has never been an issue as I've been here a handful of times.There are two (2) self-checkout registers one of which that allows cash and another that does not allow cash. This seems to be uniform in most CVS self-checkout registers I've used/seen.I've had good interactions with staff, with one time where an employee wasn't too sure about the over medications we were asking about, other than that staff has been friendly and accommodating. Will more than likely frequent this CVS occasionally as I have done in the past. FYI, the last visit, I overheard a lady customer inform another customer than no one is on a regular register that they "preferred" all customers use self-checkout. While this is not common practice in all CVS, I do know that most CVS have one person available on the register at all times, this doesn't bother me at all... but definitely upset one of the customers.

This cvs is such a jokeFrom the customer service of the cvs staff down to the pharmacy, it’s like one cluster of a nightmare. I have been in there on multiple occasions listening to people call for help for at least 5 minutes at the register, just to get a staff member to point them to self checkout. Pharmacy is a joke, they didn’t even have my name spelled correctly in their system and the blonde pharmacists or rep or whatever she is straight up told me that my insurance didn’t exist and just downright wasn’t “a thing anymore” much to the bafflement of my insurance rep when I called them and told them the situation. It’s insane, I know there are workers who have been there for what seems like 10+ years and they ALWAYS act as if they have no clue as to what they’re doing. Just a strange CVS.
