CVS on 3rd Ave is by far the best CVS I have ever went to. Cashier was friendly and helpful. The pharmacy was fast and friendly. I will definitely come back to this CVS.
Now the CVS on East Plaza Blvd in National City is TERRIBLE! The lines are so long they go outside to the parking lot. The drive thru for the pharmacy always has hours of wait time. I will NEVER go back to that CVS ever again.
CVS ON 3RD AVENUE IN CHULA VISTA ROCKS!!! ALL STAFF IS AWESOME ?

Everything is locked up.
when I went to ask a staff member, they looked annoyed. another staff member with black hair saw me waiting and gave me attitude and said “you coulda asked me to unlock it” okay… she should have asked me if I needed help, cause I did. So unprofessional. The cashier Beth is the only good egg in there.

This place has the drive thru closed for like 2 months and they keep saying it’s because it’s damaged. Fix it please! I’m going to have to switch pharmacy.

Omar went above and beyond when he called the VA pharmacy hotline in order to be walked through the process of getting my prescriptions to go through the system. He could have just said they didn’t accept it and left me with no meds but he didn’t, even though they seemed very busy. Thank you Omar!

I've gone 2 or three times recently to this cvs to get stuff while I'm washing next door and the ladies in the morning are so condescending and off putting they probably thought I was a homeless guy I just got the homeless look )':

This CVS is so painfully slow, it’s hard to be patient. I work with individuals with disabilities so I believe I have an understanding and empathy, with lots of patience. But I’ve been to this CVS over 100 times. (I grew up here).Every time I’m in there, cashiers or pharmacy, it’s painful to just watch them chitchat away with every single person who comes up to the counter. Today I went there got one item. It’s worse than the stereo typical DMV.I was standing in line behind five people. There was one cashier, tall, short haired woman. And the customer she was helping forgot something, so he had all of his items at the cash register. Then slowly walked away to go look for his item he forgot to get. The cashier just stood there with a blank look on her face. No “be right with you guys.” Nothing just a “we’re going to all wait for this guy who chose to walk so slow to go find another iced tea or whatever he was getting.” The stench of apathy in this CVS is rank. Absolutely disappointing.

This CVS pharmacy has worts drive thru service and phone service. Drive thru takes for ever to attend you. The phone service has you on hold for more that 15minutes.... don't go to the CVS pharmacy by the 54 freeway in Chula Vista 91910

I love using their drive thru it is so convenient especially when I have my daughter with me who can't seem to stand in one spot. The person working the drive-thru is usually fast so you really won't wait long.
