I asked for a screen protector for my new phone. Instead? She applied a coating, before I realized what she was doing and before I could approve it. Then? My Samsung Galaxy Ao2 does not work. The screen enlarges on it's own, and starts to type in random characters also on its own. Oh, excuse me: had to pause because an airplane was flying nearby, and that always causes (oh, excuse me again, another plane) my phone to stop working entirely. Customer Service is a joke. Easier for me to buy a new phone.

Came in to receive guidance on how to unlock my cell device. As I came in I had to say hi because I was not greeted. Was just stared and I said hi interrupting their chit chat. One of them said are you here to make a payment. Replied no I actually need help unlocking my cell. She said they could no longer do it because of CoVID. That the store on Hst used to do it but not them. Then i said so what can I do. She then said well customer service by phone is now closed. So then i asked if I could do it online. She said cause you have an older model you might not. I said well I would like to see If we can try my cell is barely 2 years old. She said it should be on you online account. I mentioned my cell internet was not working. She said I can't do anything about your internet. She did not even offer the wifi. After asking for the wifi i logged in and then asked her if she could show me or guide me where to find the unlock code link. She said it should pop up before I logged in which it sounded odd to me. I then asked on the online help icon and it said I had to go to account settings and request unlock code. After I followed the steps I successfully unlocked the cell on my own. I then mentioned I was able to unlock it, let me show you so if anyone else asks you know how. Immediately with a rude tone a fat lady with black hair and braces who refused to provide her name said "she didn't ask you we know how to do it". I said excuse me I'm talking to her and you guys work here, I'm traveling out in the next days & if you know how to do it so then you were denying me a service because you didn't want to help me, i should then place a complaint for not wanting to share information you know. She said do whatever you want. I told her I hope you don't walk in anywhere else asking for help for something and you get someone as rude as you. They are absolutely disrespectful and immature! One of them claiming her name was Penny with highlights, red eyeliner, dried hair & a severe case of halitosis. The other one a fat lady, black nappy hair and braces. Don't even waste your time here! After being 10 years with this company it's been very pleasant to leave this disservice. Besides the fact that I didn't have a cell signal working properly when I travel, which I put up with all these years for the lower price but this type of unnecessary treatment at an in store absolutely not!

If you are a Cricket customer and live in Chula Vista, then you should go to this Cricket store and hopefully Penelope will be there. She was so helpful and patient with my mother, who has been a long time customer. Thanks Penelope for making our experience there a pleasant one......

Every time I come into this location customer service is just okay. And there is NEVER any friendly service or employees that make you feel welcome or genuinely concerned to assist you with your needs or phone issues. I'm highly dissatisfied with the guest service I get when I come here. Hire some employees that are grateful to be working instead of ones who could care less!!
