I arrived before 6 and they kicked me out! If a customer enters the store (which is still open) before closing time, they must be attended even if they enter 5 minutes before!!

So Thankful this Professional Hair Supply Store is just around the corner! The employees are so Helpful. I am an occasional guest from Time to Time*Yes, I'll be Back :)*I'm Sad they discontinued Tigi Haircolor....And, it's unfortunate that there are No Refunds for Sale items that have been mistakenly purchased.

First time at a Cosmoprof store! Located in Eastlake with plentiful parking and many neighboring businesses. It wasn't too crowded on a weekday afternoon and there were two employees. Selection is vast and the store is conveniently/logically organized by brand. Pricing if of course excellent compared to retail. Recommended!

Smallest store I've been too normally low stock on color cashiers are normally friendly. It's close to work so it's convenient. There always is something going on with the computers when I'm there maybe it's my luck but it's annoying. Wish the hrs were better on sundays as that's really when I want to go but it's like Chick-fil-A or anything else for that matter you want what you can't have lol.

Just went in this morning for color and their was only 1 box of the color I needed and I asked the cashier if they had more since I needed 3 total. She was on her phone but was nice and said she'd check the back, she came out and said they had about 100 boxes of inventory but the open boxes did not have the color I wanted. I asked her if she could check a couple more boxes since I needed that color for client and she apologized and said she couldn't because their were to many boxes. I completely understand and that didn't bother me. But what did bother me is that maybe she should of been doing inventory and unloading the boxes instead of just standing around on her phone. Or maybe it's just me and they might have a process for inventory. But who knows? Or maybe she could have called another store to check if they had the color?
