If you have a small child you may want to consider the other cvs on third Ave. by the DMV they are open 24 hours and they are bigger and have more selection. You never know when your child is going to get sick.

Bunch of incompetent kids left in the pharmacy while the pharmacist is out for lunch for a very lengthy time. I've never had an issue with my insurance and this kid had no idea what numbers to input and had to call several ppl for help and then asked me to pay for it and that they would reimburse me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Love this location it's so organized and the staff is extremely helpful. Had a way better experience attempting to pick up my grandma Trulicity insulin. Previous CVS wasn't helpful thankfully I was able to transfer my grandma prescriptions to this location. I appreciate the staff help to print out a form to provide to the physician. Overall a positive experience and this location is fully stocked. Highly recommend this location and it's 24hrs including drive thru.

The pharmacist who worked Saturday evening on 12/10/22 is about the least compassionate pharmacist I've ever come across. We will never get our prescription filled there ever again. I got there 10 minutes before closing and they wouldn't fill my prescription. They will never get my business. I don't recommend anyone reading this to get their prescriptions filled here. I fact I removed all prescriptions from my entire household to Sav-on.One more thing, we went back on the morning of 12/11/22, and the staff they all gave me and my wife an attitude like they can care less if they lose us as customers. If corporate is reading this, please fix this pharmacy. We will call corporate either way..And by the way, we got the prescription switched to Sav-on on third and J, inside Albertsons. What a difference! Very professional, and they already solved our problem. And the same medication (Benzonatate) would cost $34 at CVS. Sav-on got it for us for $12

I came to CVS to buy some some products as well as to get some pictures of developed. I ask the pharmacist where the restrooms where located. They told me the restrooms were not for customers. So I left . The place where I spend my money at , does not have any restrooms available for us to use I do not give them my business. just how i feel.

I purchased a product yesterday. It did not perform as advertised so I went to return it. I showed the clerk the problem, and the receipt and requested my money back. I was told I'd have to give my I.D. card in order to receive a refund, despite my providing the receipt. I was told it was the only way I could get a refund because it was store policy. I asked to know where in the store the policy was posted so consumers could make an "informed decision" about buying something in any CVS and was told there was no notice posted regarding a refund...just one online. I was advised to check it out, which I later did. Had I known my I.D. would be scanned into some database I would not have made any purchase at any CVS in America.

This place is an understaffed s*** hole. Had a drive thru Covid test scheduled for 2:00 pm and I didn't get to the window until 2:45. The tech clearly didn't know a single thing he was doing. Absolute trash.

At check out the cashier was having a hard time with the transaction. She called the supervisor who said she couldn't do anything to help. Poor customer service. Avoid store at all cost.

Just a joke !! Called about 3 times in the last hour and they kept hanging up the phone call. Someone would pick up then place me on hold pick up again and then disconnected...3 times.. the phone didn't even get picked up on the last time. Well i ended up coming in and guess what. The youngest lady on register says "can i just not pick up the phone anymore, like they can't hear me anyways." And the asian looking manager with tattoos just laughs. And she reply's "we have to answer at the home office." So they know the phone doesn't work.. haven't fixed it. And don't answer the phone where they know it works... WOW! Thanks anyways!

This review is for covid testing. My appointment was at 11:50, 5 cars were there when I got there. it is now 12:41 and only 2 cars have went through that window the car will literally sit by the window for 15 minutes before anybody approaches the window. If I wanted to wait that long I would go to a walk in clinic. I made an appointment for a reason so I'm not stuck waiting for an hr feeling sick. If I felt like I was so sick I had to wait I would but I dnt so im out.

I was not feeling well so I made an appointment on the CVS website to get tested for COVID. For everything out, got a confirmation of my test appointment, ok great. Then the day off the appointment, I get a text saying it has been cancelled. It gives me a phone number to call and reschedule. I cashed it and asked the customer service person about my test. She tells me it's still on, that there are a bunch of random cancellation texts bring sent out on accident. I go there for the test, and when I get there, they tell me nope, we're done testing for the day. Excellent. Thanks. Oh but she offered to give me the same phone number so I could reschedule.

The place is under staffed, was told my simple eye drops would be ready in 15 minutes, wrong took 35 minutes to finally call my name. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but just tired of the constant poor service. Staff not friendly at all or knowledgeable - when I asked if the drops need to be refrigerated, they didn't even know. When one of the staff came in with donuts, they finally showed emotion. Will do my damnedest to avoid this pharmacy in the future.
