Worst bank I have ever stepped foot into. I came in asking assistance regarding my new bank account and transferring money from a couple of accounts to the new one. I asked The teller Daysi If I could have someone assist me She referred the supervisor Kevin But they both were very unhelpful with an attitude. They did not want to help me at the table.I'm trying to discuss personal accountant information.They want Me to disclose personal information over the glass window. I do not recommend as a bank at all and I plan to close my bank account soon.

Excellent service, normally there is always one or two people with a short line, they are very friendly and give you good advice.

I came by to deposit money a couple times and the ATM afterhours and it wouldn't take my new temporary card despite another branch saying it should work. I also came by to do a "Wire Transfer" and instead it got sent as a "Fund Transfer" causing time frame delays for my trading account that were crucial. Some of these trades took month of waiting to line up. Time is money.

A representative inside made a major banking mistake on my account and the ATM, service, and online functions are absolutely subpar. This is not the one ladies and gentleman.Nope.

Bad service, I had appointment to close my account with Damari Perez the banker. I came there at 10 am they didn't open til 10:07 even store hour said 10 am. When I see her, she said she can't help me, I have to stand in line & close account with teller. The line is getting longer since I spent time with Damari. She wasted my time & Citi gave me wrong information online. Don't bank with Citi any more, they had bad service & short of staff. The line is getting long only 1 teller helps. Go to chase they have $300 bonus for new account holder right now. I don't recommend this branch at all.

Horrible I just went there and was only doing a simple payment yet it took 30 minutes to even reach a teller. This bank always have only 2 tellers some people take so much time which only makes a line of people this bank should really have at least 4 tellers to make the waiting time shorter .

Recently obtained a Citi MasterCard, but had a problem executing a balance transfer and their customer service call center was no help. Scheduled an appointment at the 352 H Street, Chula Vista branch to see if they could help. Wanted to change the appointment but Citi website wouldn't allow appointment changes. Tried calling the branch at the number listed, 619-632-4308, but no answer AND no messaging options. Called again, same results. What kind of bank doesn't have someone manning a central phone number, or at least a message service? I had two service needs since getting the Citi card... both were complete failures.

Citibank took first place for the worst experience by far when I applied for a credit card that I was approved for on the spot. I applied for a Costco credit card the beginning of last month. Prior to applying I was told if I was approved I would get a temporary card I could shop with before leaving. I was approved on the spot and it's been over a month later I've done nothing but waste my time with Costco and Citibank they can't even send me a card that I can activate but when they can do is continuously waste my time lie and mislead me! I'm simply sharing this for any Costco members to be real careful about this happening to you no one deserves to go through this. I emailed Candace Stephens yesterday at 2:30 PM and her reply was at 9:30 PM which I responded to at 9:40 and of course she is nowhere around which I don't care to speak to her anymore whatsoever!!!

I walked up to window since I was called forward by teller. I come up and greet her, she ignored me. I say hello two more times and nothing! Very rude and awful customer service by April Lugo!!! Do they not teach them the basics?!? To say hi to their customers?!?! I walked away and went to ATM instead!!! SMDH!!
