He was able to diagnose my tv and fill out the form for the warranty and send it to me via pdf so it was easy to submit. Once I got the go ahead from the warranty he quickly fixed the problem. He was a pleasure to work with.

Definitely a recommended TV repair shop. The owner is nice and good communication. Unfortunately my 82" Samsung TV was not able to get repaired as the screen costs more than buying a new one. I'll need to buy an extended guarantee TV next time as it failed at year 4. He does a lot of guarantee fixes, lesson learned. Samsung tvs are terrible, if advice not to buy them. This is our second one failed.

Very honest and let us know that our aged TV wasn't worth it to fix, and we agreed! Took our TV in on Monday and he let is know on Tuesday what needed to be fixed. Very professional and has been in business for over 30 years!!!
