At this gas station the customer service is horrible, the morning staff is very rude and they do not serve you well (specifically a lady who is on that shift) They should know who they hire and train them.

Usually a decent place. Sometimes the line takes a little bit but it's never been so bad that I haven't wanted to wait. This is the closest gas station to me and also the closest place to grab any tobacco or liquor items if I'm just looking for 1 or 2 items and a quick trip. Only annoying part is the bald guy who takes his job way too seriously. I always bring my friend in with me to buy dutches and a truly or a beatbox to sip on. It's never been a problem until baldie asked for both of our IDs in order to make an alcohol purchase. But every time I buy dutches and my friend is with me they don't ask him for his ID. Annoying inconsistency. Either way, my friend is 30 years old and doesn't look even close to be underage. Regardless, I do understand that looks are subjective. I just felt like he was trying to push his weight around. My friend has also bought alcohol and tobacco products from this location, WITH AND WITHOUT ID. This guy just wanted to make it difficult for us for whatever reason.

What poor service! Rude and unprofessional counter clerks! Today, around 2:30 pm, me and another customer were waiting in line while three employees weee behind the counter. One was helping a customer and the other two were on their cell phones. Neither of them looked up to see if customers were in line. I asked, “Are either of you working?” The older Latina looked up begrudgingly, “No! I dunno if she is!” The younger Caucasian girl looks up at me and looks back down on her phone.If they are off the clock, have them wait in back. Otherwise, it looks bad to customers who are waiting to be helped!

Went inside to purchase gas and the manager Karla was their cleaning and restocking while a line of 9 to 10 people waited because the current cashier was assisting a diff customer. Who was in the mist of a long process of cashing in his scratchers. I asked her can you please help him theirs a line she goes yea i know. Then after she starts helping the line i said ill wait for him she goes i wasnt offering you help. Then she tells me i dont know what your problem is?. I said you see a line you help out thats good customer service. She is extremely rood and should not be a manager with that type of attitude. You dont treat people like that especially a paying customer. She left her fellow teammate dealing with all the Chaos and didnt bother to lend a hand. That is not leadership. All the customers in line were staring as I am the only one who spoke up. I told her you see a long line and you act like you cant hear me or help him. What kind of person is this to be a manager ?

I usually go to this station on my lunch break. I have had issues with the staff displaying micro-aggression and inappropriate behavior and comments. Today Joanna loudly and rudely said excuse me while I was scanning my lotto tickets. She wanted to get past me as she was cleaning something. I was in the middle of scanning so i couldn't move much in such a small space, instead of her waiting or asking me to step out of the space, she went past me anyway and bumped into without apologizing. This same employee I have heard her making comments about people shouldn't buy expensive cars if they can't afford gas, after a customer gave her five dollars for his tank. The same employee again loudly yelled in my ear when I was having trouble scanning my lotto ticket by saying that it's the other bar code. Ti mean this type of behavior displays micro-aggressive behavior as all employees are of one race and I am of another.The other employee named Diana was eating at the register as I approached. I was asking her a question and she rudely cut me off while food was flying out of her mouth to ask me for an ID for the wine that I was purchasing. I gave it to her. She gave me the wrong total verbally and when I paid, she gave me less change back than I expected, without counting the change back. I asked for a receipt, so that I could figure it all out myself. I left briefly to fill my tank and calm down after being bumped into and yelled at by Joanna with no remorse or apology from her, then came back and asked to speak with the MOD , Manager on duty. Karla she seemed polite and gave me a website to contact for complaints. I think that once you physically bump into a customer as Joanna did to me something immediate needs to happen with that employee, now I have to spend time trying to reach corporate to handle the situation. A law suit might be what's needed to clean this place up. You just don't physically touch a customer period!

It took one whole hour, and me thinking that the hour was going to be worth it, the machine to wash the car was really bad and cheap. By the way, there were like four cars in front of us. Terrible experience never going to this car wash again

Getting in and out of this gas station is a humongous pain in the rear. There needs to be a better way to manage the traffic in and out. After the renovation, some of the pumps don't work right. I was using pump 10; I had to use both hands to get it to work. I had to use one hand to forcefully push the nozzle in, and use the other hand to pull on the trigger to pump gas. The pump trigger holder does not work.
