Private Client relationship potentially saved. Very well run financial center. I had just had a bad experience at a different financial center not too far from this one in which they canceled my scheduled appointment after coming up and waiting in line at the Mexican border for multiple hours for a scheduled appointment in which an employee decided to go rogue and create policies, which are not that of the Bank. CASSANDRA W you are a wonderful asset to JPMC and you need to be recognized for your hard work.

We had a horrible horrible horrible experience with Freddy Lindo. The way he spoke to my family as well as other customers was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I've had complaints from three of my neighbors about him and we will no longer be going to this Chase. He did not offer quality service and should not be working with people if he's going to behave that way. Definitely deserves less than 1 star.

I went this Chase bank to a friend open an account we waited 5 to 10 minutes then a couple came in step in front of us they had an appointment then another came person in and they were taken care of there were young my friend and I are in our late fifties and I am disabled and a veteran agter 15 minuts we left so much for customer service at Chase bank we went somewhere else

I would give zero stars if i could! These tellers wont come and help you after sitting and waiting for almost an hour and they tell you nothing. We came on a monday with zero people. They have one banker who is black/bald with no customer who won't come to you to even ask if you need help.

Long lines, and very poor customer service. Lady at the entrance (Claudia on her name tag) was very inappropriate with a male customer, asking him very personal questions, he tried to be polite and I heard he mentioned he had a girlfriend, she said that it didn't matter to her she wanted to give him extra client attention and offered her phone number, I was very uncomfortable as I was standing in front of the line from this man, I will not be going there again.
