One of the worst experience so far with chase banking and the branch manager is kind of rude and unprofessional and even doesn’t know how to communicate at all, I’ve no idea what makes him so superior about himself like he consider himself owner of the Chase banking lol. Avoid to visit before 8am and after 8am and you can access during 8am-8pm and use the access card mention in the photo and tap your card. But if you have any issue then avoid this branch and visit other branch. I never deal with the stuff but worst ever branch manager I’ve ever seen. Thank you

If I could give this branch and the manager a zero, I would. I saw the 2.5 Rating and thought, Can it really be that bad? The answer is yes.
I needed financial documentation proving income. They said I could not get 12 months of statements only 3 months. I asked for the manager because I had received this info before at the Hillcrest branch. He stated I would have to go online and said this was a Chase policy. Basically he straight up lied to me, because I went to the Imperial Beach branch not too far away and they were very helpful. The Chula Vista manager was very insincere and fake with his politeness. Customer service is not his forte. Plus maybe learn the Chase policies.
Do yourself a favor and go to the Imperial Beach Branch. It might be further away, but you will save time by NOT standing in a line goes outside the building.

I'm a disabled person,and I bank with Chase for many many years. I am very disappointed that there are No disabled parking spots, Not a single space! Not only that but
There is NO ramp or a lower sidewalk for a person like myself to go up. I am in a wheelchair. I had to step up with my cane and the help of my sister. I also noticed that the staff from the bank stood and watched. Not having a ramp or lowered sidewalk goes against
Citizens with disabilities act. I am considering not doing business with Chase any longer. If I could post with Zero stars I would.

They make a big deal about bringing in quarters. First of all is your job is to deposit it to my account. They were acting like they didn’t had the time to do that. lady said she couldn’t do more than 10? Lmao just tell me how lazy you really are. Please don’t Bank with Chase save yourself from here. They love to take money from your account and take DAYS to return it. Honestly, the worst of all the girl that was apparently helping me even mocked me and laughed at me? She thought i spoke spanish..call that great costumer service you’re in the USA. She even repeated herself multiple times that i had to count it for her which i did and she then proceeded to tell me i had to COUNT them again. MAKING A BIG DEAL FOR QUATERS? Horrible costumer service. She didn’t even want to give me her name that’s how you know you were doing your job wrong. How about you educate me on why i have to do what you’re asking me instead of giving me attitude? This is the first time i walked into a Chase bank after 6 years. I will be changing banks after this experience. They will laugh at you in your face.

I'll be a customer for the last seven years yes sir I was there and I'll try to take money out of my bank account any Gassan Brown information in my bank account so he don't give me my money the name of the person attend me it was raided Cubero and Luis ,, disguise is really really rude I think I i'm going to close my bank account because the service it was bad. It made me feel so bad for everybody and I think I'm gonna go and close my bank account and return my money from there is not really good bank. The customer service is super bad I don't recommend it to anybodyand I think it's time for better Bank because the customer no good

Hands down the worst Chase bank I've been to, and that's saying something. As others have stated, the drive thru ATM is always broken. The card reader to enter the ATM lobby is always broken. Additionally, don't count on getting through to anyone if you wish to speak to somebody at the branch directly.

The only ATM accessible outside of the building is always broken. The card reader to enter the lobby and use the ATMs is also always broken for as long as I can remember 1-2 years. If you don't intend to maintain service as at this branch, you may as well close it down then Chase Bank. This is a pathetic excuse for a bank branch. 0 stars

Might consider switch ong your security guard here he let people walk in after 2 I understand y'all are closed but why did he let them in but not me. They were literally a few feet in front of me and walked in to use the atm after hours maybe he's planning on something? Weird that he let others in after hours might be racist not sure his intentions but it's suspicious that he let a couple specific non employees in right before he denied everyone else. You can be closed but either let everyone in or nobody.

Doors to let you in after bank closes to use ATM not working. Cannot access ATM and also drive thru also out of order. Guess can’t access cash today. Been like that for few days now.

This is the worst Chase Bank. Their ATM machines are inside, and the door is always locked. Now, people are standing on the drive thru walking to use it. is bad and inconvenient. Time to changes banks

Worst bank ever. I was a customer for 10 years and I had fraud on my account. So we went to open another account and it was fine and come to find out Chase is no longer doing business with me. Way to take of your customers. Bye chase

This bank is horrendous and this is perhaps the worst branch of them all. They put doors on the ATM, just to keep them locked. Hours of operation are soooo inconvenient that people have to wait in line behind 40 or so patrons for basic banking services.There's one sole drive thru ATM that backs up traffic throughout the nearby area. The ATM machines are faulty and they will take your money and not credit it to your account for DAYS.I know crooks that are more trustworthy than this establishment
