Has the worst costumer service ever. Long lines takes forever! The let people cut line!

They take too long to pass you, they have two people serving you and one left a long time ago. ??

Hands down the worst Chase bank I've been to, and that's saying something. As others have stated, the drive thru ATM is always broken. The card reader to enter the ATM lobby is always broken. Additionally, don't count on getting through to anyone if you wish to speak to somebody at the branch directly.
