Petty employees would rather be correct than actually help. Told us an hour wait so we left and come to find out they “called us” 10 mins later an left a 2 second jumble of a voicemail and was told sorry your phone went straight to voicemail and couldn’t help. Go with a different branch or bank. Customer service goes a very long way rather than wanting to tell people there’s nothing you can or want to do, especially for a new member.

4 ATM are available for cash withdrawals/deposit . Don’t use the 1st from left to right as it’s very slow and still using the old version PC core and mostly break down. The rest of the AtM are working perfect. Always check for skimming devices ( best way is to check for skimming device is keypad and the camera on the fascia top ( LED strap) . Always look for the encircle area as skimmer always install the camera here to see your pin. Thanks

November 4, 2023, I entered to ask if there was anyone working that day that could process my IRA contribution as the last time the banker hand to make a call to tbe walked through the steps. The greeter/teller (Jocelyn) told me to wait. I replied that nust wanted a yes or no answer, so she went to find a banker. The courteous female banker told me yes. so Iff I went for a cashier's check.
Upon my return, Jocelyn did not say anything. I did notice, however, that the female banker I had talked to was busy. So I sat down to wait. After a t least ten minutes, the branch manager, Gerardo (I think), sent Jocely on a break and covered for her. After another five or six minutes, I rose and told him that I was there to make an IRA contribution. He replied raising his voice that I would have to keep waiting because his bankers were busy. He then asked (still in a raised voice) if I signed in. I told him that the greeter didn't say anything to me even though she knkew why I was there and that I had been waiting over fifteen minutes. (I was the only customer waiting ata a cushioned bench-like piede of furniture that was actually facing the wall! ) He snapped back defending his employee instead of whoeing any interest whatsoever in what I had to say. After a moment, he went to acubicle. With a smirk, he muttered something to banker Salvador who galcned at me and chuckled before calling me over. These three demonstrated immuture, unprofessional behavior. I wrote their Executive Office in Columbus, OH, but only received two letters acknowledging having received my complaint.

I’ve tried getting on the phone with them for 3 days now and they do not answer the phone calls. The AI machine is programmed to terminate the call as well if no one picks up. It seems they are trying to use the AI machine as a tool to not answer phone calls from their customers anymore. For this I give them 1 star. At least other banks can answer my question on why it is taking 2 weeks to process 1 simple check.

I went in March 6, last Tuesday to open a checking account under my last name. I had a previous joint one from a past marriage. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by this nice lady, she even complimented my sunglasses. I waited for 15-20mins for a banker and as soon as I was seen by Maria Sullivan, it was smooth sailing from there. She was so nice, helpful and patient with all my questions. All the negative reviews on here don't believe them! Give this branch a chance. I was able to open a checking and savings account with no fees because im a veteran, Maria really helped me out! When I was done and going out of the bank, 2 ladies told me to have a nice day. Overall, 10/10 recommend!!

First, I come to cash a check and there 5 persons waiting in line with inly 2 tellers in front. Finally its my turn I get hit with a $10 fee to cash a check !!!! What? How much more money do you cash junkies want. Very greedy bank.

The worst customer service ever at this location. First of all if you are going to have someone greed the customers when they first walk in please look more presentable she was leaning against a cabinet and on her phone really!!?? Second asked if they could make a copy of a check that I was gonna deposit and the girl at the front said no. I don't understand why she said no is she being lazy? All the other branches make copies for me all the time I asked. No wonder they have the worst Yelp reviews!!
