If I could rate this store half a star I would, may I start that I was rudely welcomed by the new assistant manager smh almost spit on my drink cause I asked for a size shirt. May I add she had terrible hygiene smh is this what you guys employee stank people???! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Good quality products but most of your workers have a nasty attitude. Only 2 people i had a nice shopping experience with was Michele and Nayeli. But the rest are plane rude even who i assume is their higher up. A LGBTQ Guy, he is rude and i have seen him eye the girls funny. If i had coworkers like that it be quitting on the spot. I now send my niece or cousin to shop there.. ..

Horrible customer service. Good clothes but ugh most of their workers are on their phones. I have only ever seen 2 people working and those same 2 people had good customer service next time i come in I'll ask for names so ill let you know who to avoid.... awful Charlotte didn't use to be like this.

Walking around the mall trying to beat the heat and I wanted to visit a blast from the past. I don’t remember Charlotte Russe being like this. This store was disgusting. I have never seen a store this disheveled. I didn’t even see a single person working. When I finally did, I was completely ignored. I don’t understand how anyone expects to be paid when they aren’t even there to work. Avoid this store at all costs, the quality of their clothing is just as poor as their customer service. Poor.

Every other day it’s a hot mess …But today !!!! Oh man it was bad , dressing rooms filled with clothing and empty hangers. Throughout the store piles of shoes. Some of the racks were a big mess

I visited this location and a few others located in Santa Clarita, Gilroy, and some in San Diego. Kim Formento the district manager is completely rude. Treats people very poorly. Because of the way he treats employee’s and customers I will not be returning. I will be telling others not to shop at this company. Once being a manager myself I watched how he disregarded his employees and treats them while I shopping for my daughter. I was so appalled and had to ask one of the employees if they were okay. Ive never seen such disrespect from a manager. This company need to think about who they are hiring before they pick upper management. I wanted to email HR about what I witnessed but could not find a contact for HR.

Extremely terrible customer service!! The apparent "manager" was some young girl with a very snobby attitude. I stood in the line and waited a about 5 mins for her to come ring us up. She threw my items on the table and rang me out. I asked her who he manager was because they way she spoke to me was very poorly. I will be contacting whoever her boss is.

Love the clothes selection! Not a big store but i love the variety in crops and jeans. Decently priced. This store use to have such a sweet crew but the kids they've hired are in my experience and opinion absolutely rude and lazy. Just a couple days ago I go in looking for crops found a great deal 3 for $15 bought 9 and the cashier who claimed she was the supervisor or manager short girl in a hoodie, asked me where I got one of the crop tops.. that they weren't apart of the deal even though I got it from the same exact spot as the others. She then proceeded to ask me (the customer) to go check and see where I got it and what the sign on top said. I told her I wasn't going to do her job of checking herself and her coworkers who were standing around doing nothing were rolling their eyes because I asked this "manager " to do her job. All my crops were the same price she quietly rang me up afterwards then handed me my receipt with this attitude. Don't work in retail customer service if your idea of service is treating customers like trash.

She was understanding when my one year old was crawling around her shop touching EVERYTHING while I tried on clothes! They also have an online store, but it's worth going in if you can. Some of the stuff they sell doesn't make it to the online store because it sells out so quickly. Bottom line: great customer service and quality clothing. I will be a regular!
