manager & employees always have great service, the holidays could be quite hectic but they always make sure to greet all customers who come in. i’ve been shopping here for 10+ years & never had a bad experience (:

If I could rate this store half a star I would, may I start that I was rudely welcomed by the new assistant manager smh almost spit on my drink cause I asked for a size shirt. May I add she had terrible hygiene smh is this what you guys employee stank people???! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Horrible customer service. Good clothes but ugh most of their workers are on their phones. I have only ever seen 2 people working and those same 2 people had good customer service next time i come in I'll ask for names so ill let you know who to avoid.... awful Charlotte didn't use to be like this.
