I pawned many times with them. was telling the clerk about my new job, the other clerk in Spanish says to her, I hope her job doesn't work out so we can keep all these pretty things she's pawning. really got into my head! job didn't work out and they got my thing's. :(

Pawned a 14kt bracelet for 4 days & returning to pick it up was damaged by the Store worker.Apparently the older lady poured Acid directly on my bracelet & left it to sit without cleaning for the entire 4 days, so now it’s look’s silver even though it’s 14kt yellow Gold.Completely lack of attention.Stay Away!!!! ? Good People yet terrible care of loaned material.

I started coming to this business just by accident. I bring my vehicle for service at Pep boys across the street from Canyon Plaza Jewelry. I started with them as a trial, battery replacements for watches, and really thought their pricing were very reasonable. With satisfaction on their price-reasonableness, i continued with ring re-size to become larger from the original. I was then again satisfied with the price and as well as their workmanship. So, if you out there are looking for a place to have watches or jewelry adjustments, consider going to this business Canyon Plaza Jewelry. Oh by the way, Amelia, one of the associates will assist you with all your needs. All their staff are very friendly.

They get one star, because that's the lowest rating. My mom went to them with a pair of 14K hallmarked gold earrings. This place is a rip-off, a guy told her they not 14K and only weighed 1.6 and paid her $25. They are a rip-off! These earrings were tested before and they were 14K and now I'm doubting the weight since they lied about the karat. They gave her some nonsense about taking off weight because of the stones, there were no stones, it was an illusion of diamonds created by the white gold. This place USED TO BE a great resource for buying and selling gold. I told her next time to go anywhere but there. Told her never to go back to Canyon. Told her to go to my first go to place, EXPRESS PAWN/FINANCIAL SERVICES on Palomar & Third Ave or my second go-to, GOLD MART on E St & Fourth in Chula Vista. The only reason she went there is because it was closest to the mall.

Excellent customer service and great variety of jewelry options. The new owners are very friendly and helpful.I bought a couple new gold necklaces from this place and got a great deal for both. I get lots of compliments!I recommend to anyone looking to buy nice and good quality jewelry and does not want to over pay for name brand jewelry.

Awesome service! I had several pieces of jewelry I needed appraised- several rings, earrings and necklaces that I want to redesign into other pieces. Cesar provided me with a detailed, colored description of each piece with the value of the diamonds and gold. The report was super easy to read and use for insurance purposes. I am super impressed.The service was top notch! I felt very comfortable leaving my jewelry with them. All of it was inventoried, written up and labeled in front of me at our first meeting.The appraisal was complete super fast and they cleaned all my jewelry!!!!I would go back to This place for all my future appraisal needs.Thanks Cesar for all the help and support.

If you are looking to pawn or sell your jewlery this is the place to go. These guys are amazing i took a couple of rings and these guys paid me more than what i expected. Great customer service and they really do pay more than other places. If your looking to sell your valuables make sure to check them out.

The gentleman that helped me (Cesar) was professional, thorough and was not pushy to make a sale. He answered every question I had. I ended up picking up a gold bracelet at a more than reasonable price.
