I recently purchased a phone but no longer needed it and wanted to return it. However, I was dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff member who assisted me lacked knowledge and had to call someone else for guidance on processing the return. Additionally, I was initially offered an iPhone 11 for $100, but later saw a posted offer for the same phone at $19.99. Furthermore, I was charged a setup fee, restocking fee, and phone activation fee, which totaled $130. Despite this, they refused to provide me with a SIM card for the phone I had purchased. Ultimately, I had to contact Boost Mobile customer service directly for assistance.

If I could give 0 ...I would. This Boost Mobile has the worst customer service I've ever witnessed in my life, not to mention subpar service as a phone provider but zero customer service skills. The management really needs to train their people.

I would recommend this location if your looking for great service. Especially if your lucky enough to get help by Paola. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me. She transferred two phone numbers from another provider and got both my new iphones set up in no time. Thanks again Paola!

There liers I went all the way over there an he said we are closed I said you close at 7:00 it shows right on line and I showed him he said oh no not on the weekdays we close at 6:00 remind you it was 6:30 already he just didn't want to work bad business no customer service at all

Fernanda was so cool and helpful she went above and beyond to help my daughter find the right iPhone. Not to mention she did not over look all the details. Completely happy as we walked out of this store! FERNANDA SHOULD GET A PAY RAISE!!!!
