Please find a different budget motel. Working with these people is a nightmare.The people at the front desk "lost" my reservation I made through Hotels. I repeatedly tried to work with them, but they were uncooperative. They wanted me to call the Hotels customer service team to get a confirmation number. After 30 minutes of getting the run-around, they find my reservation on the Hotels application, but they forgot to input the reservation into their OWN system.It was completely ridiculous! They found my name, they found the name of someone in my group (2 rooms booked at the same time), but they doggedly refused to accept me until I called the Hotels help desk.The rooms are dirty. There is garbage and debris in the cracks of the nightstand. The floors are sticky and dirty. The comforters have burn holes in them. I found OTHER PEOPLE'S HAIR in blankets and towels. One room didn't have any soap.

Tragedy struck my family and I ended up here at this Motel first off I want to mention that the staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful made me feel at ease the housekeeping is beyond 5 stars there very helpful and very friendly I needed a much stress free week of rest and I got it best thing about this Motel it's close to everything food entertainment very safe environment in the rooms are beautiful thank you guys for being such a professional staff many blessings to you guys

Well at least they have a mini fridge AND a microwave. There was only a shower, no bath and in my room not even a cover seat for the toilet. If you need to get a room and that's the only requirement, then this hotel fits the bill.

Walkability: Close to the center of town and near the freeway entrances to jump on and get around town pretty fast.

If there was a zero rating for this motel I'd rate that(zero) in all areas. This place should NOT be allowed to operate as such. Inhumane, unsanitary, and a total disgrace! No one should stay here- not even the unhoused!!!!

Let me start with positives , the beds were ok.room had a refrigerator and microwave oven. just outside the room full of cigarette butts. Not sure why they don’t clean them. Tap in the bathroom, it was about to come off. Big hole in bathroom door no handle/door knob. Outside is not clean at all. They don’t give you internet password unless you ask specifically. Long story short you will get a much better place for the same cost. So it’s a trap if you see some ads and book this hotel. Parking was ok . Rooms service atmosphere everything below average.

If I could give zero stars I would, no hot water only cold showers, not code enforcement but definitely something missing from the ceiling,bed was broken when I arrived someone had a great time, bed super uncomfortable my back is killing me, bloody sheetz thankfully I always bring my own, TV doesn't work at all, no ice machine or vending machine on property but u can walk down a scary alley and pay for ice at 7-11,no phone, fridge doesn't work n microwave doesn't work either n language barrier with staff I'm stuck here till feb 23rd but wish I could get my money bk n go to a better location n lots of noise n traffic outside so best to stay in so you don't get caught up in anything, outside is run down and some steps are blocked off, you've been warned don't book here u will regret it

The worst hotel I've been in. I give it zero stars. I fell for false advertising. EVEN GOT OUR ITEMS STOLEN. Don't book here you have been warned. Also bed sheets have cigarettes burns. Front desk and the guy were extremely disrespectful. Bathroom sink was about to fall off the wall never again booking from this hotel ever in my life

I just needed somewhere to stay for the night and this place had the cheapest rate for the night. The man at the front is super friendly and pleasant. The outside is a little rough but the rooms have been updated. I had a microwave, mini fridge and also cox cable. I would stay here again.Safety: The front desk ensured I was safe and if I had any problems, to come see the front desk or call as they are on site 24/7

I can say that it is the worst accommodation I've been in America, it was bad about hygiene, even there were traces of blood on my pillow, other than that, its location is not safe at all, foreign people outside and their voices are constantly, the security is not good at all, I definitely recommend it to anyone, this place should be the last place to go.Safety: Too weak

Construction taking place. Rooms are newly remodeled. Staff is nice. Above normal noises in the hallways late at night. It sounded like sexual activities coming from next door all night.Rooms: Roo was clean and comfortable

Motel was basically full and had no choice but to get a suite and it was terrible. Not even 60 seconds in the room and we knew we had to get out of there. As soon as you opened the door, it smelled like maple syrup. The entry was dirty, the couch had holes in it, the bedsheet has blood and holes, and the bathroom even had piss in it!! The walls and floors were broken and it was terrible. Luckily the man was nice enough to issue us a full refund, but we had to show proof of the terrible room conditions

I was staying here as part of an Inclement Weather Shelter program seeking refuge from a horribly cold, wet, and high wind winter storm. The desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Although the room accommodations were decidedly spartan and slightly outdated. . . the room and attached bathroom were very clean and neat. The decently finctional attached bathroom thankfully had an actual tub for bathing and plentiful supply of nice and very hot water. Exactly on point for my needs. The bed was clean and nicely made; as well as, slept well. The A/C worked well and easily kept the room environment comfortable. The TV was atypically sub-50", but had a quality display and the TV service was Cox Cable providing a decent amount of options. All in all was a much needed safe and warm *port in a storm" that made for a pleasant and uncomplicated overnight stay.

It's okay for the quickie if u know what I'm saying ??? but not for a extended stay. It is cheap and great customer service but not the nicest or most modern place I've stayed
