I had a great experience over at Beck's Automotive. They were able to schedule me for maintenance in a timely manner. The service was swift but thorough and the customer service was impeccable. Quality, value, customer service excellent. I was visiting a friend in Chula Vista, when my car suddenly needed to be looked at because lights were coming on. I found a Becka Automotive on Yelp and believe me you won't be disappointed. If you use them I found them to be honest fair and they did a great job to help me. My thanks goes out to Cesar and JW you were both great and I so appreciated it thank you thank you thank you.

This place doesn't offer military nor veteran discount. The prices are very steep/expensive. Do your comparison.. Veterans and active duty military deserves & and have earn a discount. Very ungrateful owner. I will never use this auto repair anymore.

I just had some work done on my very old Avalon, 300k+ mikes. As usual, I was given great service and attention to what was needed. Caesar gave me an accurate assessment of the cost and actually came in lower than originally thought.The team always gives the car the. "once over" and advises what may be a repair issue in the future. I trust Robert and the team of experts he put together to keep my car running well for years to come.

BEST automotive repair around! I needed new brakes and rotors for my BMW and they offered great value and first class service! The repairs were performed quickly, everything was explained thoroughly, and they were nice. I highly recommend Becka Automotive!

I would have given them negative stars if I could. This shop diagnosed my Sequoia to have a broken AC condenser and compressor clutch and advised me to replace compressor as well since it may break pretty soon. I double checked their itemized estimate which totaled almost $2600 and found that prices on part were almost double as compared to oem parts from Toyota online parts parts store. Owner explanation was that he quoted me for the msrp but when I asked him if he can't get the sale price as reflected on the online store, he stopped replying! I brought my car to another mechanic and only replaced the clutch on the compressor and AC forks fine now. I only spent $490 vice $2600 from this. There is NOTHING wrong with the condenser nor the compressor!!!! This place may be respectful up front but DISHONEST inside! What a rip off if I had them repair the AC unit! Do not be fooled by their feedbacks as I did. I ended up spending extra $205.68 for their dishonest diagnosis! What a scam! Beware!!!!
