As a small business owner, this, Bank of America has always been there for my business. Jeanette was more than helpful today, she gave great advice that will change the process of my business and make things much easier for my clients as well. Roberto as well has always been there for us and sadly we are moving to a new location. I pray that we have the same type of help and dedication as this team. I’ve never met a team that is dedicated to their clients like this one. Thank you for your hard work.

I tried to introduce this branch to one of my friends who wants to open a new account. Tried to call this branch several times but couldn't go through anyone there. I have been a BOA client since 1997, and the service of this branch is getting worse. If such a poor service continued, I would move to another bank, not another branch.

The best experience you can receive in a bank. The professional receptionist speaks both Spanish and English. So there is no difficulty in communicating and he is super friendly.
The workers who were at the windows serving the people were also super friendly and showed that they wanted to help and answer our questions.
I recommend them 100% ✅✅✅

The manager here has been rude to us at this location multiple times. I walked in to get cash, and as I was standing in line she proceeded to tell me to get out of line and get cash at the atm. I proceeded to tell her the amount I wanted won't come out of the atm. She said I was dead wrong. So I argued how my fidelity account only allowed 500,but I needee 1500. She still thought she was correct. I don't go to this one when she is working just to avoid confrontation.

I closed four of my accounts with Bank of America because of me poor customer service that they provide at this branch. They need new management, they do not value their customers and it is truly spoken in their actions. This is the bank that’s closest to my house and I literally will drive 10 miles past it to receive better customer service at a different branch and bank. They need new management the citizens of Eastlake deserve better.

When I went in this bank today I witnessed very poor customer service. Then I experienced it personally. There was an elderly lady standing making a deposit in front of her was a plexi glass screen, this elderly lady was wearing a mask so was the bank Behind the screen now this was comical the bank teller tells the elderly woman to please pull her mask up above her nose as it I had drop down in some sort of way, so she’s wearing a mask she’s protected by a plexiglass screen and she still requesting that the person on the other side of the screen pull the mask up? So this means that she has zero faith in the mask that she’s wearing and she has zero faith in the plexiglass screen that’s put there to protect her. This is what we’re dealing with people have lost their minds have no sense about them you give somebody like a bank teller a little bit of authority and they take it to the hill. Jenette is running a team of complete idiots. The culture there is so terrible that it’s manifesting some of the worst customer service I’ve witnessed in 45 years. I guess if I were that being tell her to be pretty miserable as well, telling people to do things just because I think I can and I have nothing better to do with my life but stand here and hand out money. That girl needs to be taught some respect, the person on the other side of the plexiglass is choosing to invest their money with this particular bank be grateful and start treating customers like they matter.

In all seriousness, if this were any type of institution it would of been closed and boarded up. The customer service is beyond terrible. I visited the bank today and was treated so poorly that I can not do business with them any longer, in fact I refuse. They’re extremely prejudice and lack basic customer service skills. The management needs to be discontinued and completely rebuilt.

Thee single most degrading experience in a bank in my entire life. I was discriminated against by the manager Jeanette, today while trying To cash a check that I received from my husband for Christmas. While the amount that the check was written for is about 5% of what available in the account. She stated that there’s an internal bank policy where they do not cash checks for non-relationship individuals. Jenette reminded me why I don’t have a bank account with Bank of America. These types of actions are so humiliating and totally uncalled for. My husband is now on his way down to withdraw all of his funds and move it to another bank because of her actions. This woman didn’t even try to get an exception or calling manager another manager somebody above her she just sent me out in the most degrading and humiliating way

I didn't think I would rate a bank but my experience today made me hop on here to write some great words for Pablo and Roberto. Pablo helped my daughter set up an account and spent time explaining in plain, simple language for her to understand her responsibilities. Then Roberto helped us with the last step and went above and beyond to show her how to set up and use the App and what to do to not overdraw. He gave practical tips that all teenagers need to know when they set up a new account. I was so impressed with Pablo and Roberto. The wait to see them was minimal and when we sat down, someone greeted us and informed us that someone would tend to us in a bit. The service was great! Thank you!

GREAT service! The bank teller was super helpful with all of my questions and was happy to clarify certain points that I was unclear on. She then referred me to speak with Meredith to open a travel card and inputted my drivers license info. Prior to sitting down with Meredith which was appreciate.Now this being my first time opening an account with B of A Meredith made the process smooth, clear, and EXTREMELY helpful. Not only did you further explain the card and its information regarding it well and understandably, she was able to give me some AMAZING travel tips. Being a seasoned traveler herself she had a wealth of knowledge on where I’d best enjoy my trip to Mexico next year, save money on flights, and even restaurant/food recommendations... like come on!! VERY pleased with the overall transaction. Thank you again!
