Poor phone service, unresolved issues, phone not answered or transferred to atm automated machine with zero help. Sucks.

I didn't think I would rate a bank but my experience today made me hop on here to write some great words for Pablo and Roberto. Pablo helped my daughter set up an account and spent time explaining in plain, simple language for her to understand her responsibilities. Then Roberto helped us with the last step and went above and beyond to show her how to set up and use the App and what to do to not overdraw. He gave practical tips that all teenagers need to know when they set up a new account. I was so impressed with Pablo and Roberto. The wait to see them was minimal and when we sat down, someone greeted us and informed us that someone would tend to us in a bit. The service was great! Thank you!

This has to be one of the worst B of A in San Diego. ATM machines always temporarily unavailable, night deposit not available, bank hours suck. It's like they don't want to do business. This branch manager needs a demotion, until this bank is running correctly. Stay away from this mess of a bank

Unhelpful and do not care about their customers! I felt rushed making my deposit and they refused to help their customers like other Bank of America's I have been too. I love Bank of America but this one is definitely not the best one to go to.

I had a great experience. Karen greeted me right away for my appointment. She was professional, friendly and efficient. She got everything taken care of in a timely manner. The bank has a good vibe, and all other employees were friendly! I recommend highly Thank you for great experience

Just opened a business account due to a request by a client. Went in to get a withdraw with dirty work clothes and was treated by the teller in a very unprofessional manner. Felt like a number and not a customer, first time doing a withdraw and was talked to like I was an idiot for not knowing the process. Overall I was just reminded why I stayed away from Bank of America for so long. Do not recommend and will do everything possible to accommodate my clients without the need of banking here.... the tellers name was IRIS

So it's been a long time since I posted a review of B of A. Granted they're busy and understaffed. However, this review is not about the wait time it's about the customer service or lack there of. As a merchant who chooses to use BofA they need to either teach or instruct tellers/cashiers that are hired what it means to help and assist clients. Memo who works as a cashier has no sense of helping a client with any sense of customer service. From the moment you walk up so he can assist you he says nothing and I mean not a word. You can go through a complete transaction without him saying anything not a hello, not a question of anything else he can help you with to not even saying goodbye. It's absolutely appalling to see people in the industry of customer service that have no sense of what that entails. To go through an entire transaction in complete and utter silence is not just rude but shows he doesn't care a thing about assisting clients. He seems so unhappy at what he does that he should reconsider his position as a teller that interacts with humans.

Horrible, we asked for a simple take of giving us a proof that we have joint account and they told us they could not give us anything like that. We went to another Bank of America in Eastlake and they gave it to us right away.

I came in yesterday and it was at a decent pace. The employees here must not get paid well enough to treat people well or they're obsessed doing everything via app now. When you come up how to handle cashiers checks and automatic activity checks on my account, I promise I'll never visit a bank again. Also the worse part of it all, I pretty much overheard this particular employee question a customers job and immigration status, asking her why she had that amount of money and credit score...that my friends is the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've witnessed. So I've closed my account with this bank. It's not anyone's fault you decided on a 9-5 job, if people have more money than you, chances are they just work harder than you, simple as that. Even if their status is questionable, banks have software to use and triple check, no need to disrespect anyone in front of the masses. I hope this person closes all ties with them too. ...so please hire professionals, no one needs to deal with the average dropout.

Manager Marlyn Fuentes was very dismissive, at least with us nobody customers. I'm sure it was different with commercial customers. But she's gone now. However, the lines are still often long and they seem to be understaffed in that cavernous bank on Saturdays. Also their AC is much too cold, compared to the B of A on "K" St. I don't appreciate the corporate policy about citizenship either.

We were in the area, and I needed to make a quick deposit. It was a saturday early afternoon, the line was pretty short. I asked if they can change my phone number on file, but we would have to do that at one of the desks. I also asked how to order check books, and he said I can simply order it on the app. And thats it. Nothing special about this visit, but at least it wasn't too busy, but of course that fluctuates on days and times.

Ever time I come into this bank I dread it so badly. The ladies that work at the windows have no regard for peoples time , they take their time and are extremely slow here . It's not there fault it is this bank it runs like this . I do not understand it! I go into Wells Fargo and they work extra hard so people are not waiting forever

I just started coming here to deposit money for my job. I'm depositing a lot and it really bothers me that the teller who is doing ALL my deposits is TALKING too another lady who works there about what they did and what they had for lunch and who's getting fat and blah blah blah!! I FIND it VERY disrespectful! To ME as a customer there! And by far very unprofessional!! I'm there to do MY JOB! Maybe STOP talking and DO UR JOB! So maybe the line would go faster and u can concentrate on my deposits and not recounting it because you're talking! Too bad I have to come here!

Sooooooo slow. Been in line for 25 minutes now. 8 people in line with one teller handling all of them. There's another teller that's handling the business line.

Line is extremely long on Fridays. The line goes by very slow as well. The manager here does what she can in checking the customers and seeing if there's anything she can do to make the line flow quicker.
