I bought a new battery for my car, it was for my explorer 2013 but the problem for my car identity the battery, so, I don’t use it, I want to return it and they said “oh you have to to other store because my manager isn’t here” so, I went to other autozone nearby and they told me “no, they should have helped you, the problem is they don’t wanna do it” so, I came again to this store and they told me oh you need bring to your debit card with you. Guys, seriously, I’m not asking you for a favor, just do your job, only that!Btw, I’ll go back today's afternoon and I hope you can return my money!

I couldn’t have been more upset and pissed with the people working here last night if I could I’ve give them no stars yesterday 1/8/24At around 6pm me my husband and kids stop at autozone to get brakes and rotors for our truck and thanks to the rude men that were working there that night we didn’t get home till midnight because when I tied to return the back rotors and exchange it for the ones I needed he just said the system is down we can’t do returns and asked the other guy that was there to help me take my things back to my car now honestly this didn’t make sense to me because as he was telling me his system was down he was ringing somebody up and helping him so I called a different AutoZone in my area and ask them. What does it mean when your system is down and the lady that answered the phone told me that when your system is down you can’t return you can’t exchange you can’t look up anything and you can’t purchase anything, so why is that that this man didn’t want to return my items, but yet was ringing up another person while I was there, so I went back in to confront him and as I walk in he was ringing somebody else up and of course this made my blood boil. And I admit I went off If he didn’t wanna help me he could’ve just said that instead of lying to my face and getting caught in his lie red hanned, I hope this auto zone doesn’t allow this person to continue to work here because this is not the last they have heard from me. I was stuck in my car till midnight with my kids because we had to figure out where we can get the parts without a vehicle because my truck was being worked on

I usually buy my stuff there, and recently, my car turned on to the check engine light. I asked for the scanning service, and they said. We don't have the scanner until 2 or 3 months.
