This review is for the photo department! I've been developing my disposable camera films at Walgreens for about 2 years now (~2-3 times at this location) and never had a problem. However, this most recent time, I guess there's been a compatibility problem with fiji film cameras ... so I received the hard copies of my photos but not the CD that it usually came with. Mark (one of the managers) was very helpful and thorough in explaining the situation to me. Walgreens had photo scanners that I was able to use to scan my photos to a CD. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to scan all of them as I had to head out for work. However, Mark took it upon himself to individually scan my photos and had my CD ready for pickup the next day. Just wanted to say THANK YOU MARK for your patience and kindness ... truly appreciate your help you're the best !!

The pharmacy staff are very slow. The flu shot appointment sucks as well. You make an appointment but the people that walks in will get the shot first before the people with appointments. They don't follow their appointment system!

I often order online and do curbside pick up. It's extremely efficient. The staff always brings my order out within 5 minutes. Prices are competitive and the rewards and coupons save me lots of money. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Avoid at all costs. Bait and switch with their website prices, inept staff. Pharmacy staff is rude and unable to understand the most basic of questions. There are too many options in the area to trouble yourself with this Walgreens. No wonder they are closing 450 stores before the end of 2024. Poor service plus high prices equals 1 star. Hey Walgreens, don't you see that massive Walmart right next to you? I'd say do better, but I doubt you'd understand what I'm saying.

***This review is for the PHOTO department***I've placed a large order for some photos, and they were all messed up, zoomed in, and poorly handled. When I uploaded the photos online, I did not edit them at all. All of the photos fit in the frame. I was extremely disappointed because I spent a lot of money to get these photos printed. When I tried to call the location... I asked the person on the phone what my options were. Am I able to get a replacement batch? Am I able to get a refund? I know Walgreens has a policy for their photos. The girl told me that I would have to go through every SINGLE photo and get those exchange' out or I could return the photos to get my money back. I ordered almost 700 photos, why would I want to do that? She was not helpful at all. I called the 1-800 number and the Customer Service Agent informed me that I could get my entire photo order replaced WITHOUT having to go through every single photo.I do not recommend getting your photos printed out here. They will just blame the machines for messing up and not provide you with better solutions or customer service.Also, when I opened the box the photos came in, there was TRASH in it. It was obviously from when the photos were getting cut, but at least take pride in your work and remove them before it goes into the Customer's hand.

It sucks that's this is the only place close otherwise I'd never come here. Constantly slow. Limes out the door. Poor work ethic here. Whoever manages this store should be fired. Literally hate coming here.

The customer service here is awful. No one says hello, how can i help you.. no one says hello my name is X and i will assist you today... just what's your birthday. there is absolutely NO care for their customers. Waiting in line at pharmacy takes hours long. Today I called to speak to someone and it was the last straw. 40 min hold with 2 customers in front of me. I'll be transferring my prescriptions to somewhere else from now on.

They had me wait over an hour for my prescription to be ready only to tell me that the medication prescribed by my doctor has been in backorder for two years.

Absolutely ridiculously poor customer service. They do not answer their telephone calls. I waited on hold 30+ minutes last night, no answer, just placed on hold. Today, another 15 minutes on hold without an answer. Thankfully, this is not my normal pharmacy!

Worst Custer experience I've ever had I asked Tania the cashier is she can please tell me where I can find a Nausea medication she was so rude and said if I have questions I need to make line. I asked a different person and they were able to tell me were it was and they apologized for her being so rude.

Pharmacy lines are ridiculous. I went there today, no line...sweet! But no one looks up, no one tuns around and says "hi, be right with you" nothing so I'm standing there first in line. 3 people behind the counter and not one INCLUDING the pharmacist looks up. So I left after waiting few minutes thinking they're just finishing something. Switching pharmacy's asap so over this location. No big problems with the store just the pharmacy lacks basic customer service skills and they are understaffed or the ones there can't multitask.

Employees here are so patient especially the ones in pharmacy. The line could get long but they can still manage, even with upset customers. I like this location mainly because it's walking distance from our home.

Pharmacy was horrible. Took forever to get medications filled and then was charged although it should not have for generic medications. The gentleman who helped me even ask the pharmacist are you sure and I over heard the pharmacist just charge her. I paid it because I did not want to wait for the medications as it already took 5 days.
