Boxes arriving at the port of Cebu is always delayed!!!! It has been two weeks since the box arrived at the cebu warehouse. Called the customer service and there’s nothing they can do about it. The boxes are just sitting at the warehouse!

I have been using Atlas shipper for balikbayan box for years now but its our first time that the pick guy who spoke to my mother to be very rude. Atlas should use personnel in their company with good customer service. First you introduce yourself when they come to pick the box then explain the procedure to the person they will get the box from. Unfortunately , i wasn't around but elderly mother who was at home. My mother does not know the different in size of the box so the price would be different. If that person only explain then she would understand. They person was disrespectful and rude when he spoke to my mother with his voice raised. One can always say things in nice way. The company is good but this particular person they hired has no customer service.

Always DELAYED! Always false advertising bout getting your packages delivered before xmas. If only I have other options. Blah! Their customer service sucks.

If you need to ship overseas then they are affordable and timely. One needs to be patient when trying to call them. Roughly takes about 8weeks for your box to arrive.

Our balikbayan box was opened and items were stolen, no resolution. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. She sent a box through this location to Pangasinan on January 2021, it arrived March 2021. Upon arrival, my uncle who received it noticed that it had been opened. The center of the box has been sunk down, and she signed the tape upon sealing showing it has been retaped. All luxury hand bags had been taken, shoes, and new branded clothing had all been taken. They left the food items behind. My mom reported it immediately, photos were taken. She called this office and she was told to write an email and itemize all the missing items. The company said that "branded items are confiscated by customs agents and they did not steal it". There has been no resolution or email response. She never heard from them again.

We sent a box September 29th... Is now December 10th.. The box arrived in Manila November 27th. The forwarding branch..Leyte told the recipient it's out for delivery every day for the last 3 days.. They needed to rent a flatbed truck to get this box.. after the forwarding branch promised a specific delivery date. Everyday is a new delivery delay. Don't make promises you can't keep. It cost people money. Unresponsive customer service

Not everything you read will reflect other reviews like mine. Not all lolas (grandmas) out there knows about Yelp and for sure they love their service because they are usually the ones who sends boxes and boxes and money service to PI. I've had Atlas for 5 years now. I usually send my balikbayan box to Mindanao and before they schedule for pick up they always call to confirm with the time frame the driver comes. My box arrives at the destination more or less 2 months! If you are sending to Manila then its usually 45 days. And when I call to schedule for pick-up the ladies are usually helpful and respectful. There maybe times that there'll be that one who comes off rude but thats okay, their work is not easy breezy, and I understand that but thats not ALL the time. Come on, respect begets respect. Happy holidays!
