Very polite and helpful. Great customer service. I would recommend this office. They do take a little long in returning calls though.

Very poor customer service. I went in to process a car title change and a cancelation of membership as I'll be relocating abroad and I needed to do this asap. Myriam assisted us and everything about her service was wrong. She forgot to gather my signature for the title change and then called me days later when she realized her mistake and asked me to come in to sign not being considerate about others busy schedules. I did go back and had to wait more than 30 min to process something that wasn't my fault. Also, she said I couldn't cancel my membership because I wasn't the main account holder and 2 minutes later I asked the front desk and they did it for me!! Disappointed, very disappointed.

Let me just tell you how efficient and outstanding the customer service this location has. I have been to other locations and this one by far has always treated me with exceptional service. They are FAST for one, greet you with a friendly, inviting smile and have the best energy, from the reception to all of the staff. I had DMV services done and I really just felt like family. During the holiday's everyone knows how stressful it can be. PRESTON made sure he took care of me with love and grace. Had it been my second visit. I had forgotten important documents my first time coming and had to come back and he remembered me. I thought that was very thoughtful. The whole staff worked diligently as a team, answered each others questions with laughter and smiles and they all just worked really well together. I loved seeing that. Well done AAA! I highly recommend this location, other locations such as Mission Valley I have waited at least an hour to be seen and the customer service wasn't ever anything as close to this. Make that drive.

Wait time was long for a Saturday morning. Sign says open 9am to 1pm Sat but when we left at 1pm, there were still many people waiting. The lady who helped us with title transfer was very nice and helpful, always with a smile on her face. I definitely had a pleasant experience aside from the long wait time.

It’s unfortunate to have to post a negative review. I find most of a AAA employees at this branch are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable, as that is the purpose of their jobs. However, my experience with the DMV department was terrible. The person who serviced me talked down to me, spoke loudly where others around were staring and shamed me instead of helping me through my registration issue with kindness and knowledge. That was yesterday and it’s still bothering me today which is why I am writing this. She needs some customer service training!I am upgrading my review today after my visit today. As my previous review noted almost always receive top notch friendly service. Today I did, and I wanted to post a positive review as the DMV and Insurance professionals did a great job. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I was comparing prices with my current car insurance (Wawanesa) to AAA. I found that AAA charges about $65 more than what I am paying for, when compared to my same exact policy. I've been receiving numerous telephone calls and the sales rep keeps on cutting me off, when I try to explain that they are just too much. As I tried to explain how I came to this findings, he kept cutting me off again. I told him to let me talk and stop interrupting me, then he hung up the phone. A few seconds later AAA calls back again. Stop with your calls, I'm not interested, cause you're car insurance policy is too much. Your calls are harassing and your representatives are very rude on the phone. This is really not a professional company. Please train your employees on customer service. I didn't even want to give you 1 star, it should be 0 stars.

This one star is a reflection of my last visit, today about 11:30am. As a Premier member, their notary services get included as part of what I pay for. As such, whenever I need a notary, I go in. About once a month. Today, the notary lady (didn't get her name) mis pronounced my name. Called me Garcia. I didn't say it neither loud nor rudely as as she's about to notarize something for me, I want to make it clear my last name is NOT Garcia. I think it bothered her. The document I needed notarized was stand alone. I'm swearing to not be colluding. Yet, it was document 9 in a packet with 49 pages. She asked me if I had the other 49 pages. I told her no but I had them on a PDF in an email I could show her. She seemed upset and handed back my document and said sorry, if you dont have the 49 pages printed out, I cant notarize this. Her face looked dim and sour. Her eyes looked like they were closed. I responded "most documents I need notarized come like this." All she said as "sorry no." I couldn't believe she would actually require me to PRINT out the 49 pages. Quite the waste. I left, went next door to the UPS store, where they promptly assisted me. Getting the manager's email or phone is impossible via their system. I would have just gone directly to them but as I'm left no easy choice, they get this review.

Wow, I had a great experience with their DMV services! Renewing my registration, I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less. Thank you, AAA!
